You are capable of great things in this lifetime, but you have to believe it to achieve.
It's never too late to reinvent yourself.

🎶And every single day
I wake up,
the world is my buffet
I fly out,
fuck up another stage
Babygirl in control
I feel like Nicole🎶

Dem laugh at me, talk bout me, record me against my ..

But look at me now!!

When I started training with these gangsters vs now!

As Coach @narkside would say, never be afraid to fail.

I have grown and continue to grow.

This is what you call failing forward!

A week has already passed since competition, here are some candids before and after the show.

I’ve had some time to truly reflect on the journey. This experience was about so much more than stepping on stage. It was about being selfish to an extent, discipline, sacrifice, tears, growth, and believing in myself even on the days I didn’t feel strong.

To my amazing coaches , sister, daughter, family, my best friends , everyone that has offered any type of advice during this journey and my workmates, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your encouragement, patience, check-ins, love, and support carried me through more than you know.

I may have stepped on that stage alone, but I certainly didn’t get there alone. 🥹❤️

One week later, I’m still proud, still grateful, and still taking in everything this journey taught me.

Thank you for believing in me. This chapter will forever hold a special place in my heart.

She Did THAT! 🔥👑

Congratulations, Lisa! 🥳🏆 You stepped on that stage and secured 🥉 3rd Place in the Tall Class and 4th Place in Masters—and believe me, those placements are even more impressive when we know everything that was happening behind the scenes!

Balancing work, school, clients, training, prep and life all at once… because whew, life was LIFING!😂🔥 But you kept pushing, stayed committed, showed up and YOU SURVIVED!💪🏽✨

Thank you for trusting me once again and allowing Fit & Fabto be part of your journey through our posing & tanning services. ❤️

This chapter is done, but I have a feeling there’s plenty more to come! 😉🔥

Keep shining, Lisa! 👑✨

50 & SHINING! ✨🔥

Can you believe this is a 50-year-old body?! 😮‍💨🔥
Ny @dawnincorporated came, she showed up and she reminded us that age is truly just a number! 💪🏽✨

Congratulations to Ny on taking 🥈 2nd Place in BOTH the Masters & Open Classes!🏆👏🏽
What an incredible accomplishment!

Thank you for trusting me once again to be part of your journey and for choosing Fit & Fab Posing & Tanning Services to help bring it all together on stage. ❤️

And trust me… this is NOT the end!😉
More to come, so stay tune! 🔥👑

✨ 6 WEEKS. ONE VISION. ONE INCREDIBLE RESULT. ✨

Shakelia @shaaa_kelia came to me just 6 weeks out from Nationals and from the very beginning, I saw something in her that she didn’t quite see in herself yet. I saw the potential. I saw the athlete. I saw what was possible. 💪🏾✨

With constant encouragement, belief, accountability and trust in the process, she stepped outside of her comfort zone, showed up, put in the work and made it count. 🏆

And in just SIX weeks, she walked onto that stage and secured a 🥉 3RD PLACE FINISH!

I’m incredibly proud of you, Shakelia. This is only the beginning of what I believe you’re capable of achieving. ❤️‍🔥

Trust and believe… SHE WILL BE BACK!👀🔥
