“How you going to win, if you aren’t right within?” - Lauryn Hill 🍃🧘🏾‍♀️☮️

In partnership with @wavesforchange we have developed the #5Pillar Curriculum for #Somalia for alternative mental health & wellbeing 🇸🇴‼️

After a successful training of trainers workshop we lead in 2023 with @ashheese for social workers, health care professionals, child protection officials and university students #Mogadishu & followed by 9 months of mentorship with the training participants by our very own Master Coach @shafiemoha20 ✨✨

We are proud today to witness the passion, expertise & commitment of @drhafsa_hani0 & @eric_abdlla77 to the #5Pillars Method 👏🏾

We are so grateful for the excellent stress management, team building & wellbeing workshop using the #5PillarsMethod they facilitated for the Elman Peace Team in #mogadishu. 👏🏾✨🇸🇴

Exciting Basketball Match and Cultural Exchange!🏀
A thrilling game, shared laughter, and lasting connections - this week’s basketball event was more than just a match!

Our team had the amazing opportunity to host players from North Somalia, representing Puntland and Somaliland. The court was buzzing with energy as both teams put their skills on display, but the true magic happened off the court.

Dinner brought everyone together, fostering friendships and cultural exchange. Stories were shared, experiences exchanged, and laughter filled the air, creating an unbreakable bond among these young athletes.

This wasn’t just about basketball; it was about connection, learning, and understanding. Sports have a unique ability to break down barriers and bring people together, and this event was a beautiful testament to that power.

I’m in Lisbon! 🇵🇹

🇵🇹 Thrilled to be part of the 29th #LisbonForum in beautiful Portugal, where world leaders, activists, and changemakers gather to tackle some of the most pressing global issues. This year's forum is particularly significant as it places #YOUTHATTHEFOREFRONT, recognizing the vital role young voices play in shaping the future of our planet.

The #LisbonForum is a platform that fosters dialogue and collaboration on critical topics such as Human Rights, climate, and Peace. It's here that we exchange best practices, learn from each other, and collectively work towards a better world. The energy and ideas brought forth by the youth are inspiring; they represent hope, innovation, and a vision for a sustainable, peaceful future.

By amplifying their work and ensuring their voices are heard, the forum is seeing young people as potential partners. The #LisbonForum is a testament to the power of collective action and the belief that together, we can overcome the challenges that lie ahead.
