I’m excited to announce that my latest video has finally been published on the Tony Knights Fitness YouTube channel!

After months of trying to coordinate our schedules, I finally managed to make my way to David McLean’s villa one Sunday morning at 06:45. We completed a kettlebell session in extreme heat, with temperatures reaching 38°C.

This video is unique because it has been divided into two sessions:

Session 1 focuses on movement, mobility and fitness exercises suitable for anyone beginning their fitness journey, as well as members of the older generation looking to stay active and improve their overall wellbeing.

Session 2 is dedicated entirely to kettlebell training, covering techniques, movements and practical exercises to help you train safely and effectively.

Head over to the Tony Knights Fitness YouTube channel to watch the full video.

Please watch, like and subscribe to support the channel. Your support is greatly appreciated and helps me continue creating useful fitness content.

Thank you! 💪

Tomorrow, I’m stepping well and truly outside my comfort zone as I train with Dina.

Dina may be known to many as a social media influencer, but behind the online presence is something far more impressive , she’s a rehabilitation specialist, physical trainer and educator, with a wealth of knowledge about movement, mobility and how the body should really work.

I’ve spent some time researching Dina’s training methods and watching some of her sessions in preparation for tomorrow…

And quite frankly, she scares me to death! 😂

I have a feeling this is going to be very different from my usual gym sessions. Less about how much weight I can lift and more about discovering just how well or badly my 60 year old body actually moves!

One thing is guaranteed: I’m going to learn something.
The other guarantee? I suspect I’m going to suffer!

🎥 Cameras will be rolling.

Watch this space…

This week I had the privilege of training with Essam Alsuhaibani, Head of FIFA for the Middle East and Asia.

Having only just returned from the FIFA World Cup in the United States, Essam took time out of his incredibly busy schedule before heading home to Saudi Arabia for some well earned downtime to support our campaign promoting fitness, mental well being, and staying active at every stage of life.

It was a fantastic session with some great conversations, and I’m looking forward to sharing the finished training video with you all soon on the Tony Knights Fitness YouTube channel.

A huge thank you to Essam for his time, support, and commitment to helping inspire others.

Stay tuned you won’t want to miss this one. 💪⚽🎥
