Our long awaited little lady arrived today 💕

Another quick rapid birth just like her sister.

Margeaux (mar go) - sweet like a daisy and as precious as a Pearl
Cas - for my grandmother Cathy who my late grandfather called Cas

Born 7/19 @ 9:32am
8lbs 12oz of perfection ✨

Cancer sun ☀️
Taurus moon 🌙
Virgo rising ♍️

Ben and I took the journey of Free Birth with this one and wow I cannot express or put into words how proud I am of him and myself and Margs for her successful transition to earthside.

She was soooo worth the wait.

She thought she was going to puke!

At least that was the metaphysical symptom that her body was experiencing prior to the session.

Behind the nausea was a swell of grief she had been suppressing.

During this session, her body invited the work into the areas of her field that were ready to release and unfold. Leaving her with a metaphysical shift of peace and lightness.

I am grateful for our session today and her trust within me and the work.

xxoo,
Meg

Did you know that sound baths are a ancient form of holistic healing? That’s because humans have a natural instinct to sound therapy. In Emily’s way of sound healing she plays a variety of instruments and included vocals to take participants on a magical journey. Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies. This form of alchemy healing can help you clear energetic blockages and thus facilitate healing on a physical and mental level. Some of the benefits of sound therapy include:

lower stress levels
fewer mood swings
lower blood pressure
lower cholesterol
improved sleep

When I moved to Indianapolis back in January 2019 the first entrepreneur event that I attended was 1 Million Cups. I was so excited to be in a community that genuinely wanted to help people of small business and navigate their struggle points effortlessly. After dedicating myself to the vision of Epicenter, bringing it to life, and fine tuning the business plan. I finally had the opportunity to present Epicenter-Indy at 1 million cups this last Wednesday 👏🏻

I was so honored that my passion and hard work paid off to be standing here today. Sharing my love for holistic entrepreneurs and the space we created was the highlight of my manifestations.

We are excited to announce the transition to a 501c3 nonprofit and our expansion to greater impact the community and wellbeing here in Indianapolis ✨
