When you stay ready, you don’t gotta get ready! This was an impromptu shoot with @ittybitty_boss at @htown_muscle2 a while back. She looked fantastic so there was no way she was gonna get a bad photo!

Prep with your spouse hits different.

The hard days.
The long days.
The mad days.
The sad days.

Being away from our kids, working long hours, and you grinding through in the middle of acquiring your Master’s degree, we had every reason to slow down, but we didn’t. We SHOWED UP. I’ll never forget those late-night walks in pitch-black darkness, holding hands trying to get that last bit of cardio done.

Hangry days?

We had plenty of those 😂 But we understood each other, pushed each other, and never let each other quit. You made this prep easier simply by ROCKING WITH ME no questions asked!
No shortcuts.
Just work.

We put in the work and we know exactly what we’re capable of!

The marathon continues… Now let’s go get these Pro Cards and STOP PLAYING! 🤞🏽🏆🔥

Yesterday, I competed in my 3rd bodybuilding show and this prep was different from all the others for sure! I’m proud of the package I brought to this stage. There are levels to this and it was an honor to stand next to every woman on that stage. We all sacrificed, worked, pushed, and fought to earn that moment.
Now, the after-show thoughts…
My goal was to beat my last stage debut and I DID THAT!
And now we go back to work. Because we got the job done, but we are not finished.

@tkcoaching_ Trey: Thank you for being an AMAZING coach. Your support, guidance, leadership, and precision throughout this prep were unmatched. Your plan was tailored specifically to me and my body responded exactly how we needed it to. There were moments I doubted myself, and you reminded me that I was exactly where I needed to be. Finish the job. Empty the tank. We did just that. Thank you for believing in me and pushing me through.
@bands_with_can Candance: When I started Bands W/ Can, I knew I was in the right place to grow and I gained so much more than that. I gained a friend and an entire community of strong, supportive women. Thank you for your love, encouragement, and support.
@ittybitty_boss @blueprint_posing Raven: My story can never be told without you. Thank you for rearranging your own schedule, especially while you were on prep too, so we could get those sessions in. I truly would not have been able to showcase this physique the way I did without Blueprint Posing in the mix.
We got better. We showed up. We finished the job. And now… we build.
