POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s the one moment where I stop and stand before them and have them take it all in. The hard moments to get there, the prep, the self doubt, the fear, the excitement, it all lead them to this moment.

We run thru last few posing tweaks and get the pre-stage jitters out.

The moment it becomes real. The moment they’ve been waiting for.

It’s show time. ✨

So much love this past weekend 🤍
•
45 pounds lighter since January to step on stage and place in my first bikini comp, and qualify/place in the championship. Humbled by this process and blessed to have the most amazing coach, @madebyluke, who for the last 12 weeks has helped me to dial in mindset, training, nutrition, & consistency to make this a reality 💪✨ We’re just getting started.

Your only obstacle is you, in every facet of life. You can do everything. Don’t wonder what could have been, don’t let yourself down.

So incredibly grateful for these two and impact they have had on my life. You guys have changed my life in ways I did not think would happen when signing up. I’m so thankful I took the leap and said yes. I know I have prob said it enough times and as @joelkwilson may said “beat off a dead horse” but I thank you so much for everything yall do and continue to do! Not getting rid of me yet 😛

If you have EVER thought about getting a coach, whether that’s for guidance in everyday life, prep, or a goal you may have. Please let me know because I could talk about how @paratransform has changed my life for hours. 🩷
