Wrapped up WASZP Worlds with a 6th place finish, 2nd U21 🥈, and the event speed record ⚡️

Super stoked with this one—especially with limited prep going in. Huge thanks to A1R & WeCanFoil for the coaching, WPG Canada for the gear, and RNSYS for the continued support over the years. 🙌

Big shoutout to Pensacola Yacht Club for hosting such a well-run event—full foiling conditions every day 🤙

What’s next: finishing the college spring season next weekend, then back into WASZP for the Helly Hansen Sailing World Series. After that, it’s grind time in Halifax leading into Canada SailGP, WASZP Canadians, and North Americans. Then J/80 Worlds… and wrapping it up assistant coaching at LOOT for US Nationals.

Lots of exciting stuff ahead 🔥

After a week of training, racing, and flying in Halifax, Andrew Chisholm @andrew.chisholm.sailing claimed his first WASZP National Title, leading the fleet from start to finish. 🏆

“He’s been traveling across Europe and North America, training at multiple camps, and that effort clearly paid off.” – Tyler Bjorn

With Jackson Macaulay @jacksonmacaulayracing close behind, Callum Ruch @callum_ruchsailing continuing his podium streak, and Grace Poole @gracelpoole leading the women’s field, the 2025 Nationals proved one thing:
Canada’s foiling community is growing faster than ever. ⚡

📸WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!

From the first start to the final finish in Weymouth, the 2025 WASZP Games were an unforgettable experience for our North American squad. Racing alongside the best foilers in the world, our sailors brought skill, grit, and team spirit to the biggest foiling event in history.

And the best part? Seeing North American sailors on the podium proves what we’ve known all along — we’re rising fast in the foiling world. 🐝💨

With programs like WeCANFoil, the U21 North American Team, and A1R, the pathway is here. The opportunity is here. Now it’s your turn.

⚡️ Join the swarm in 2026 — try the WASZP, join our programs, and be part of the fastest-growing foiling class in the world.

Day two at the 2025 @mothclass World Championship didn’t go as planned, but it was all part of the ride here in Malcesine🇮🇹. The day started with promise—a warm southern breeze picked up early and the Blue fleet was ready to go with three races scheduled. But Lake Garda had other ideas☁️.

Just as racing was about to begin, the wind shifted and dropped, and despite a long wait on the water, the conditions never came together🍃. Still, spirits remain high. @speckstubemalcesine will host a laid-back regatta dinner tonight, giving everyone a chance to reset and recharge before what promises to be a full-on day tomorrow👊🏼.

Racing is set to kick off bright and early at 8:30 AM🚨with two morning races for the Blue fleet, followed by a regroup and then three more races for each fleet in the afternoon Ora breeze. If conditions play ball, tomorrow could be the busiest day of the week🏆.
