The best Pre’s aren’t always the ones with the highest caffeine or the biggest dose of citrulline. If your pre doesn’t suit your current training goal come in and speak with the team at Mass Mackay so we can maximise your output during those sessions. 😤

Also if there is any local cricketers clubs looking for fielders @__rileynorris is looking for a spot! 😂

Open until 8pm tonight come see the team! 🤘

I’m SO EXCITED to finally announce that I’ve officially partnered with MASS Nutrition Mackay 🤍❤️

This one means a lot to me, especially being able to support a local Mackay business and a team that genuinely shares so many of the same values I do.

I’m so excited to work alongside the MASS team, create some awesome content, and see where this journey takes us! 🫶🏼

Make sure you head down to MASS Mackay or shop online and use my code ALICIA10 to save 💗

Here’s to the start of something exciting✨

Took some of the team down for a little sneak peek at our new shop coming soon in Mount Pleasant 🥹

The last 12 months have been hectic to say the least — a lot of learning, a lot of change and plenty of “what have we gotten ourselves into” moments 😂

But standing in this space today, it finally feels like home. 🖤

So bloody excited for what’s coming next for Mass Nutrition Mackay. We’re only just getting started!
