My last 18 months in one post.

If you’re in the first ten seconds of this right now, keep going. Mine didn’t stay like that.

This one’s for the real ones.

Today we welcomed Lucy Underdown down for her first ever session at The Unit, training alongside our very own Andrea Thompson. And a seriously strong group of athletes travelling in from Norfolk, Kent and further afield to get a session in.

We didn’t manage to get photos with everyone, but the gym was absolutely packed with quality athletes from start to finish.

Days like today are exactly what we’re building The Unit for, a place where strongman athletes of every level can come together, train on proper kit and be part of the community.

From some of the biggest names in the sport to athletes just beginning their journey, everyone is welcome at The Unit.

The standard keeps rising. The community keeps growing. ⚒️

Insulin sensitivity is an incredible important but sometimes, overlooked aspect of recovery & muscle building.

Are you utilising GDA1 in your supplement stack?💪🏽
