When two worlds collide… We strongly believe that we have an opportunity to show the industry that online coaches and in person trainers don’t have to be in competition, they can compliment each other perfectly. In an industry which is seen to be dog eat dog, we strongly believe that those at the top collaborate not compete. This was the logic and thought process that brought us both together to create a product that will benefit everyone that uses it. Online coaching brings accountability, expert knowledge and programme design, nutrition nailed down to the gram, weekly check ins and supplementation protocol all taken care of. In person training makes sure you are getting the most out of your time in the gym. From exercise execution and form, down to mobility limitations, exercise preferences and a huge dose of motivation and education in between. The fact we combine these both means you get unrivalled support, unrivalled communication and over 25 years experience at your fingertips 7 days a week. It also means you get access to what will be one of the best training facilities in Europe whilst carrying out your in person sessions with us, without the need for a membership. We have all bases covered. No stone will be left unturned. We genuinely believe we not only set you up for success, we believe you cannot fail! More information on pricing and launch date coming soon so keep your eyes peeled. DM us for any further info #makecoachinggreatagain

Monthly catch up with @robstevo1987 @sport_asylum and topping up the supplement cupboard @blackmambatm with a great range of products. I never take for granted the opportunity to work with brands and people like these and for Rob to drag himself out of bed in the pain that he’s in currently to come and see me means more than he knows , making people and athletes feel wanted is hugely important and valued. Very happy to see the vanilla whey back in stock and as you’ll notice there is PLENTY of hydrate - an absolute staple in my daily stack
