Did you guys try out the 5 finger breathing exercise from last week? If you missed it, here is a summary of how and why. It is also great for right before bed for you to relax your mind and body, preparing for a quality sleep. 💤

A mental update from @jamieyyyyy for #mtwmay😬 Haven’t shown my face here in a while

A few friends told me this is their last week of DSE and IB exams, so I wanted to show you all a breathing exercise that would help you destress and calm down 😮‍💨

Five Finger Breathing Exercise

1. Get ready your hands
2. Start tracing your thumb
3. Keep going and focus on breathing
4. Change directions
5. Continue till you feel relaxed

So… what’s the solution to our last reel?

As a person, we all want to be recognised by our family or coaches on our hard work. A simple verbal acknowledgement no matter the result can help the student mentally in the long run. 🧠🫶🏻
