They call Waco the Heart of Texas for a reason, and my heart has never been so full! ❤️

What started as training for my first 70.3 turned into something so much bigger. The friendships, the community, and the incredible people God placed in my life along the way.

From my Family and OG friends to all the new friendships I’ve made through Endur3 Bikes, Frisco Tri Club, Benny Perez Kingdom First, Craig’s Ranch Running Club and Texas Ford Aquatics… THANK YOU! Whether your role was big or small, you helped get me across that finish line.

To my family, who have seen me through it ALL. The highs, the lows, the tears, and everything in between. You’ve loved me through every season of my life, and having you there to celebrate this one meant more than you’ll ever know. I love you!

Coach Jenny, you took a girl who was terrified of the water and helped her become a triathlete. You’ve been so much more than a coach to me, and I THANK GOD for YOU! ❤️🙏🏽

Jason, thank you for getting me race-day ready, from my bike to my fueling! I love the vision you and Jenny have for Endur3 Ministries and can’t wait to see what God does through it!

The swim may have been canceled, but nothing could take away what this journey gave me.

What do I suggest the day after Ironman 70.3 world champs with a broken toe 😝😝😝 heading to Cassis and hiking to the Calanque’s 😍😍😍 it was absolutely incredible worth every second and all the hiking we did for the views and the color of the water. We ended up having the beach almost to ourself because we didn’t get there until late, but I would highly highly recommend doing this hike. I would omit going to Col De La Gardiole unless you need more miles 😅 which we added on 3 extra miles to tired legs. You don’t need to do that. Ok?! LOL! It’s not really that exciting. We were told there would be a view but somehow there was no view! 🤷🏻‍♀️ The proper route ends up being 5.8 miles and that should take about 3 to 3 1/2 hours again I would highly recommend doing this. Definitely wear good shoes and be prepared for a fun hike!!! It’s worth it. #calanques #cassis #mediterranean

Calling all faith filled triathletes 🫵
We will be hosting a triathlon training camp with a Kingdom focus right here in Frisco Texas on October 23-25.
The weekend will be filled with workouts to build your physical strength and Bible based teachings and breakout sessions to grow your faith and encourage you in your walk with God.

You don’t have to be a pro in either category, just have a willing heart to grow. This weekend is for all levels of fitness and faith.

Thank you @jasonstrohbehn & @sofiasedona for putting your ❤️ & soul in to @gravel_worlds 🫶🏻 I honestly was so excited after racing last year to come back & this yr didn’t disappoint. The gravel course was 🤩 AWESOME. I finally raced smart & found a great group & really enjoyed the 75 miles more than I ever have. Did my body love me the next day for the run?! 😅 not as much 🫠 but I dug deep & am super proud of myself for repeating what I set out to do!!!! 2X winner of the Double Half AND also winner of the 1/2 Marathon. With all odds stacked against me for a proper lead in I just went out to have fun and turns out ….it is possible 😜🤗 haha. I was coaching with @crowiealexander all week in Kona and was exhausted & tired. I took a red eye to Omaha getting in to Lincoln Friday. Unfortunately I couldn’t do the Tri this year as I already had committed to coaching the camp, but that can be on next years list!! I love love love this event. So proud of @jasonkiwitx for doing what he does best pulling an all-nighter because of work and driving up getting in at 4AM only to race in a few hours. Mindblowing. You are a beast Jason. We both were stoked to come away with the Double Half Overall Winners. 🥰🥰🥰🥰 And so so proud of my athlete Lorrie for listening to my advice to come to Gravel Worlds and race the National Sprint race - at which she took the title (among the many she has) at 70yrs old. Absolutely inspirational!!! She drove back with us for a mini training camp together. 🥰 Always always grateful to @thefeed !! Nutrition was DIALED. @precisionfandh 30g gels every 30 min. And sipped on the PH carb drink mix, as well as having a separate bottle with Pillar Performance Electrolyte Mix, and we all know I won’t leave home without my SwissRX Nitric Oxide. It’s gold!! Bike as always was dialed with @formula100brand and rode smooth like butter. ☺️. I don’t take this moment for granted… I tell my friends winning isn’t everything but it sure does feel good. 🥹 Honestly you’ve heard it from me before and it is the real reason I have this deep true sense of self worth and JOY and it’s all because of my faith ~ All the Glory To God. #blessed

This is a thank you note.
On this mornings ride as I followed four friends that were all riding in our kit, I had an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the people that have supported and represented Endur3 Bikes over that last 5 years.

After 44 years of not doing any strength and conditioning work, I have finally decided to work on some imbalances and an injury prone left side and build a more resilient body to reduce the risk of future injuries.
