What do I suggest the day after Ironman 70.3 world champs with a broken toe 😝😝😝 heading to Cassis and hiking to the Calanque’s 😍😍😍 it was absolutely incredible worth every second and all the hiking we did for the views and the color of the water. We ended up having the beach almost to ourself because we didn’t get there until late, but I would highly highly recommend doing this hike. I would omit going to Col De La Gardiole unless you need more miles 😅 which we added on 3 extra miles to tired legs. You don’t need to do that. Ok?! LOL! It’s not really that exciting. We were told there would be a view but somehow there was no view! 🤷🏻‍♀️ The proper route ends up being 5.8 miles and that should take about 3 to 3 1/2 hours again I would highly recommend doing this. Definitely wear good shoes and be prepared for a fun hike!!! It’s worth it. #calanques #cassis #mediterranean taken in Calanques National Park by @jenfletchtri

@ironmantri 70.3 World Champs Nice France.
What an amazing trip. As much as I would love to say @jenfletchtri and I both had personal best races, unfortunately that’s not the case. We both had obstacles to overcome, but at the end of the day we are both so thankful to be able to line up at the swim start and eventually run down that finish line chute.
We are grateful and blessed to share such a beautiful race with so many friends alongside the fastest triathletes in the world.
Special shoutout to @hayden_wilde for representing the Kiwis, congrats champ 👏 👑
