Progress doesn't have to be a solo effort.

Our members all have their own goals, experiences and things they’ve learnt along the way, and being able to share that with the people around you is a big part of what makes a community.

From advice on training to simply having people around you who understand what you’re working towards, there’s always something you can learn from each other.

Want to be part of the Kin3tic community? Get in touch today.

Barcelona 🇪🇸 2026

The edits are in!

2026 - I'm in my feral hot girl era....and these photos reflect exactly that!!

I am proud of that girl! After everything she's been through, this is her coming out of the other side as a strong, independent badass!!

I highly recommend strutting your stuff in a tutu and 10 inch heels outside the Arc de Triomf! Everyone should try it 🤣

Huge thanks to @creative_instincts for absolutely nailing it once again - you couldn't ask for a better photographer!! 👏🏼🙌🏼🥳 I love these shots!

And @jcl__pt for putting up with me and getting me in shape!! 💪🏼🙌🏼🥳 well done, it's a difficult job 🤣

Fitness doesn't have to mean looking a certain way.

It can simply mean being strong and healthy enough to live your life well, both now and as you get older.

Being able to run around with your kids, stay independent and enjoy everyday life without limitations is fitness too.

Train for the life you want.

A quick look at what our PTs are really like.

From their most overrated lift to coffee or pre-workout, we put our PTs through a few quick-fire questions to see what they actually choose, including the one lift they couldn't live without.

Who do you agree with?
