First official sprint triathlon done!! What a great day with great friends! Thank you @tricle_rock_roll_run for a great race and @the_aubsss for getting up to come watch me compete and be my videographer! Even though she missed me on the bike lol! Congratulations to @kdr0200 and @emilyanncatz for not only completing but crushing their first Olympic distance triathlon!! Still have A LOT of work to do on my swimming especially if I’m going to do the Olympic at Portage Lakes in a month but overall very happy with where I am especially since I just started running in April and training for this triathlon at the end of June, I’ve one a long way! #ctc #trifamily #triathlon #sprinttriathlon #fitness

Next up in our Race Day Prep series is #TriCLEAmbassador Jeff! 💪

Jeff is sharing how he got ready for a recent race—and his tips are perfect as you prepare for Tri CLE!

Here’s how he gets race-ready:
1️⃣ Print your race materials early (like the Athlete Guide!)—he does this the weekend before or on Monday to stay organized and informed.
2️⃣ Boost those electrolytes in the days leading up to the race to stay hydrated and strong.
3️⃣ Recover and rest! Compression boots or socks are a great way to give your legs some love before the big day.

And most importantly—don’t forget to celebrate your accomplishment on race day! 🥳 You’ve put in the work, now enjoy the moment.

Next up in our Transition Tips series is #2025TriCLEAmbassador Jeff! 💪

Jeff’s transition tips are all about staying organized, prepared, and making it your own:

🔹 Use a bright or “ugly” towel to easily spot your bike in a crowded transition area
🔹 Bring a dry towel to wipe off after the swim
🔹 Pack a snack to refuel before the run
🔹 Don’t forget your sunglasses for sun protection
🔹 Use a bib belt for quick and easy bib placement
🔹 Have electrolytes ready to stay hydrated
🔹 Wear a hat for sun coverage and comfort on the run

📌 Jeff’s top advice: Observe what others do—but always tailor your setup to what works best for you!

🎉 BONUS: Every Tri CLE Ambassador has a 10% discount code!
