1 Year Anniversary! Its been one whole year since our first humble event in 2025 and our community has been slowly growing and blooming since then. The Pacific Northwave was built to bring back together synth and electronic based musicians, makers, artists and synth music lovers from around the Pacific Northwest region to network, grow and cultivate a hub of like-minded individuals who want to show that the PNW region-knows how to bring the talent. 2026 will provide more challenges but with it, more opportunities and we are very excited for you to be a part of our growth! Follow our instagram page for more news, updates on artists music releases and events all related to Synth Music in the PNW area! -Upcoming is the return of our Synthwave monthly dj night SYNTHCADIA: at @troublepdx on March 7th, 2026! Come out and enjoy a drink under the nostalgic ambiance! Heres to many more years! Just released two new single origins: cool honey processed coffee from Yunnan, China and a stellar washed Kenya AB. Both are roasted and ready for quick delivery or shipping from the link in bio. The Yunnan coffee is easy to love and offers intriguing complexity. Enjoy flavors of cocoa, almond and a hint of tea. Visiting Yunnan was a highlight of our time abroad. Yunnan only produces a small amount of specialty coffee so we are excited to share this rare delight with you.  The Kenyan coffee is a stand out AB microlot. Dark chocolate flavors mingle with zesty citrus and bergamot. Great for brewed coffee and single origin espresso if you enjoy a brighter shot.

On day 3, people were exhausted. Luckily, we were at a coffee convention. * these were not full-sized cups.

Work hard so that we can play harder! Planning takes a lot of work and so our bi-monthly meetings are essential. The group effort makes it all possible! Combining experience and knowledge to tackle issues and present new unique ideas to keep our community growing and our dj nights and shows going-is what its all about! Looking forward to seeing our local Synth scene thrive in the near future and hope to see you all this Saturday at @vicebeer for the album release party for Alex Lightspeed! Thanks @alittlevice for being our go to meeting spot-tasty beer, ambiance and being the perfect inbetween for our Vancouver and Portland members to converge. Cheers! @velocity128 @alex_lightspeed @jeniferhurd @danielquasar @nathanwhited @odditee_

A couple weeks ago we asked our friend Jen Hurd, of @genuineorigin, a list of questions to help you better understand the coffee importing process, what the current state of coffee growing is, and what her roll is and why she is an integral part of helping us bring some seriously tasty coffees to our roastery. Check out the link in our bio to read the full article. Enjoy!

Introducing: The Pacific Northwave Collective (PNWC) Local Pacific Northwest artists banding together to help nurture our growing Synthwave/Synth adjacent community. Our desire is to establish a network in which artists, creatives, promoters and fans of all things Synthwave can communicate, promote and connect within our local scene. This includes all genres under the Synthwave banner, Vaporave, Chillsynth, Electronic Rock etc. We are NOT a Production Company. We are NOT a Label. Just a group of likeminded individuals with a common cause and a drive to help our scene grow. Within our group you may find some framiliar faces, all very talented musically but also those that include Graphic Designers, Photographers, Recording Artists and much more. Currently based in PDX, expect to see more shows and Synth orientated events in the near future. Eventually and hopefully-with enough support-we can establish enough connections and a hub to expand into other locations across the PNW through the PNWC banner. There are many, MANY more community members scattered around that would love to be connected. Over the last decade, there has been much discussion within the Synth genre as to its longevity. Many believe its at risk of irrelevance. We belive the opposite. There is more of us, awareness and interest now more than ever, especially here in our littler corner of the land. As long as the neon still glows through the fog and rain-the movement and love of our scene will carry on. We look forward to continuing and updating you on whats to come. Look for the PNWC tags near you and support us on socials by liking and following our Insta page! Cheers to the PNWC. -ODD Temporary logo design by @megabytezcreative #synthwave , #retro , #80s , #neon , #collective, #pnw, #pdx , #portland , #music , #artist , #local , #dance , #electronic , #synth , #PNWC
