You are a human weapon. Learn to to use your body like one.

They call Muay Thai the art of 8 limbs, but when it comes to self defense, we’re equipped with a lot more tools than simply punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

In a real fight, you need to use every weapon available - palm heel strikes, groin kicks, head butts, eye gouges, and palm heel strikes - to name a few. Anything goes.

Learn various striking techniques and proper mechanics so you can defend yourself. Sometimes violence isn’t your choice. But we stay ready!

Try your first 1-on-1 private lesson with Kaizen training 100% risk-free or come check out a group class over at @360selfdefenseacademy if you’re on the Westside. Link in bio.

Stay safe out there! 💪💕
