Who doesn’t love an unboxing video? I think we all do—however, this one here is particularly special.

Over the last four years, our founder, @jesseoxford and Dr. Hannah Stolze have deep-dived into research on more than 7,000 organizations across nearly 1,000 years to answer a question every founder and leader eventually faces: what does it take to build something that outlives you?

Well, the answer might just be in this box.

Mark your calendars for October 27 because Here for Good is almost here (for good)!

There is a certain kind of magic when creative craft meets deep cultural understanding. We built a whole film division around it.
Introducing Box3.

For over fifteen years, film has been at the heart of how OX helps organizations multiply good in the world. Over those years, we have learned a lot about what it takes to tell stories across cultures, contexts, and continents in a way that truly honors the people at the center of them.

So we found a third way of making films: a curated global network of trusted producers and long-term collaborators, people we have worked alongside for years, who bring cinematic craft together with a genuine understanding of the communities they film in.

And we are just getting started. Let’s reframe what’s possible. @madebybox3

Do you have friends and former colleagues you’re just so proud to know?!?

Jesse Oxford is one of mine. We worked together for a minute almost 25 years ago. Since then, he’s built a world class company, @oxcreates, and is set to release his first book, Here for Good, in September.

What makes Jesse so special is that he doesn’t care about the stages or social media following; he’s committed to do good for the long term.

Today, we reconnected in person for the first time in far too long to talk all things leadership and lasting impact.

Be on the lookout for Here for Good. That’s if you care about building something that’s beyond you. 😉

You might see me and @aviva_sevilla in your commercial breaks for @museumofbible talking about true crime! We had such fun on this one and giggled through the shoot. ☺️
