A REUNION ACROSS TIME
“Three Nights” brings together Marthin Chan, the producer, songwriter and creative force behind PandaBat, and vocalist Natasha Dueñas @jd.natasha and @condorsandchaos reconnecting more than two decades after their early musical collaboration.
The two previously worked together on Natasha’s 2004 debut album, Imperfecta/Imperfect, including the songs “Lágrimas” and “Piscis.”
More than twenty years later, the reunion sounds nothing like a trip back to the past.
Instead, the two artists take their shared history and place it inside a completely different sonic world.
The result is darker.
More restrained.
More atmospheric.
More intimate.
Where their earlier work belonged to another era, “Three Nights” feels like the sound of remembering that era from the other side of midnight.
Natasha’s vocal performance carries both vulnerability and distance, while PandaBat’s production creates a hypnotic environment of bass, guitar, atmosphere and repetition.
The song doesn’t simply tell the listener what happened.
It leaves space to feel it.

PANDABAT
PandaBat is the indie new-wave and dark-pop project of Miami-based producer, songwriter and guitarist Marthin Chan.
Built around minimal arrangements, hypnotic basslines, shimmering guitars and emotionally direct songwriting, PandaBat exists somewhere between nostalgia and the present tense.
The project draws from the emotional architecture of The Cure, New Order, Alphaville, The Smiths and Portishead, while exploring recurring themes of love, isolation, memory, desire and emotional distance.
With “Three Nights,” PandaBat moves deeper into its cinematic side — creating music that feels less like a soundtrack to a specific place and more like a soundtrack to a specific memory.
A room.
A night.
A person.
Three nights you never quite forget.

The art of knowing that everything is going to be okay. 🦋 I believe every soul we encounter, every place we find ourselves, every goodbye, every unexpected hello is tethered by an invisible thread. Somehow, we are all connected. Nothing is ever quite as random as it seems. Life lately has been one of the most beautifully chaotic chapters of my existence. I’ve felt almost every emotion the human heart can hold. I’m learning that life isn’t always about understanding why things happen. Sometimes it’s about allowing them to unfold. To feel everything deeply without letting it harden you. To make peace with the unknown. To find beauty in the in-between. To trust that even the things that break your heart can somehow open it a little wider. Through it all, I’m grateful. For the lessons disguised as losses, the strangers who become familiar souls, the doors that close, the ones that unexpectedly open, and every little moment that reminds me how beautiful it is to simply be alive.
