Remembering the joy! Somehow skipping arm to arm is one of the most fun things ever!! It’s hard not to smile when skipping, something about the bounce maybe…. a much used step in the traditional country dancing of the British Isles. Perhaps this movement reconnects us with our ancient heritage of these lands. 🌳🌳🌳

Festivals can take many forms, each offering something special ✨️ At Avalon Dance Odyssey, we choose to bring our focus to one thing: the depth and beauty of the dance journey.
💃

We want to create a space where people can truly arrive, feel part of the group, and explore what becomes possible when we give ourselves fully to the dance. Every workshop, soundscape and shared moment is thoughtfully chosen to support that journey 🌱

With a gathering of up to 300 people, we have the space to grow together, connect more deeply and experience the unfolding of a shared journey 🤍

Swipe through to discover the vision behind Avalon Dance Odyssey, and join us from June 17 till 21, in Glastonbury, UK.

WHAT THE HAAAACK?! 🔥

I think this might be the best DJ set I’ve ever experienced. @jethroobadja. This summer at @healingfestival

WHAT. A. JOURNEY. 🌀

You took us from gentle & dreamy, through oriental vibes, straight into absolute madness with psytrance, DnB, techno… AND EVEN CLASSICAL MUSIC?!?! 🤌🏼
And this drop right here… I was speechless at that moment!
Still thinking about this set. Still not over it. Probably never will be.
✨ THANK YOU FOR THIS ABSOLUTE MADNESS. ✨

These pictures made me realize how nice it is when someone sees you! This lovely being @iacy.experiences asked me if she could take a picture off me? Then she wanted to be in the picture with me! Then @sefrijn was jumping in, and all of a sudden we where this shining trio.

Sometimes you have to create your own stage! Makes me think about that one day this famous dj started somewhere. It has all to do with being courageous and taking a spot: where you can be seen, where you put yourself out!

I am so curious where this journey of giving stages with BlueFYRA to creatives will bring me and them! This Friday @ecstaticamar will play. Then 14th Nov @djsev.a with a sound healing journey afterwards oh my gosh could not be more excited and then 4 Dec another debut with @boheemenlikeyou

Following my dance passion and going to @ecstaticdancefestival changed my life completely. Meeting all kind of this wonderful people effecting me and give me even more passion to cheerlead talents. They (dancefloors) brought me back to life so I have to give back. It is almost like nature. I am so incredibly thankful for all the people I meet on this journey.

Thank you @jethroobadja and @rachiflows for doing this work I fucking see you! You are Amazing carrying this big field with big talents🕊️ so much LOVE 💕 I am in service of rippling out this dance healing field and carrying forth the work! #passion #danceforlife #love #dance #ecstaticdance

✨ INTRODUCING✨ Abi Fox ✨

Dancers, we’re so excited to welcome the wonderful power woman Abi Fox to our @embodayfest line up ❤️‍🔥

Abi is an intimacy coach, somatic practitioner and facilitator whose work supports people to feel safer being fully themselves - expressing what they truly want, deepening their capacity to feel and receive, and creating relationships that feel more alive, connected and fulfilling 🦋

Abi will be bringing a powerful and nourishing Heart Ritual to the Magic Den;

❤️ Heart Ritual ❤️

Do you long for deeper connection, but notice how easy it can be to hold back, stay guarded or keep people at a safe distance?

Through somatic practices, movement, partnered exercises and conscious touch, we’ll explore what happens when we stop hiding and allow ourselves to be seen, felt and met - without needing to perform or be anything other than ourselves.

Together we’ll explore expressing what’s true, receiving another, allowing ourselves to be supported, and discovering how much more connection becomes possible when we’re willing to truly show up. 💗✨

Join us! 17.10.26 at @eastwaybaths for a day of connection, ALL DAY dance, saunas, amazing music, workshops, cacao, yummy food and more!
