RESULTS: Who’s the top 3 👀

Setting a challenge of who could beat @willfeaze with 42 reps benching 65Kg.

Keeping the target number a mystery we had numerous amount of people attempt their best reps with this weight. Some recorded, some kept 🤫 off the camera…

We have our top 3:
🥇Liam 56
🥈Craig 48
🥉JJ & Will 42
Close behind was Robin @ 37 reps 💪

Shout out to the only female, Kelly, who gave the challenge a go and smashed out 20 REPS 🔥

Huge effort across the board from our members, a few who will go back to retiring the bench whilst others will use this as a momentum push for new PB’s.

Thank you all for taking part!
Until next time…

Revitalise 4.0 - @george_pallant

Start weight: 104kg
End weight:99kg

Well done George! Great transformation and hitting the target goal of below 100kg, 5kg off, strength and muscular endurance gained 💪

George understands it’s now upto him to keep this going, to take the knowledge alongside everything he’s learnt to keep this going ☝️

George - “The biggest challenge for this was keeping the consistency going throughout winter which was the whole reason for doing the challenge in the first place.
The biggest struggle for me was finding the enjoyment with training almost every day. But once I got to the gym, I enjoyed every minute of the challenge”

Revitalise 4.0 ⭐️ Stuart Hughes ⭐️

10kg - 12 weeks 👏

A massive transformation from Stuart, the perfect client! Gave 100% throughout nothing less! Well done Stuart you’re the proof of what’s achievable 💪

Stuart - “If you’re on the fence about the challenge, I’d say go for it. It’s a great learning experience for understanding nutrition and training properly, especially if you’ve struggled to get results on your own.

The guidance and support made it achievable, and my biggest takeaway was the importance of meal prep and consistency. Once you lock that in, it gets much easier. I’d definitely recommend the challenge and I’m grateful to the Train N Gain team for the support.”

Revitalise 4.0 - @gemmahunth

12 weeks - 6kg drop.

Amazing work Gemma! Even with a busy lifestyle and work you’ve built a solid sustainable platform ready for you to continue into the new year! One of our main targets from Revitalise is to provide the client with the tools to maintain their success for the future, we’ve achieved this 💯!

Gemma - “So incredibly happy with the results!! So good to see actual results for the first time ever when doing the gym, really motivating to keep going! Finally have everything I need to sustain this and make it a lifestyle rather than a fad!”

A huge well done Gemma, you’ve smashed this! 💪

Middleweight never felt so good!

❌️ At the end of October I had two fights cancelled. I was gutted and left with very little motivation to get back in the gym.

🎯 Knowing I'd not be fighting before Christmas due to work demands and life getting busy, me and @jj_flynnpt set a goal to see if we could get me down to 75kg in 6 weeks, SAFELY! We also prioritised boxing-specifilc strength & conditioning, not just weight stripping.

✅️ I started at 84.9kg. Yesterday I weighed in at 74.9kg, the lightest I've been in 10 years. Throughout the 6 weeks I ate clean and maintained hydration. Routine was absolutely key.

▶️Yesterday I went for my final sweat out and the weight was made. Sorry to anyone who tried to talk to me, the final day is never pleasant!
▶️The day before, when in the past I'd be killing myself in sweatsuit, we did a full-body weight session to test where I was strength-wise. Absolutely no issues. Jj knew when my body needed lighter sessions and when there was capacity to push it.

🥊 Hopefully this opens up some more opportunities in the new year. See you soon @fitzpatricks_boxing

📌 I'm currently nearing completion of my Performance Nutrition programme, and in the new year I'll be looking to work with amateur athletes, particularly amateur boxers, where I see so many mistakes being made when making weight.

Discipline > Motivation.

First photos are in for our latest Revitalise challenge!

@demi_orme starting us off with an amazing transformation,

12 weeks - 21lbs off.

Very proud of Demi for the way she juggles being a mum alongside a stressful job with long hours. Never any excuses from Demi, applied herself throughout with nutrition and training, even managed a week in Spain 🍹 but still achieved these brilliant results!

Well done Demi can’t wait to watch your future progress.
