Am I really happy to be in ATL? YEAH!!! 😭❤️‍🔥

I’m sooooooo excited to kick off @atlanimefest today, and I’m looking forward to the whole weekend of hip-hop and nerdy fun ahead! 🥹🫶🏽

I feel like they’re bringing @superduperkyle just for ME bc I was immediately in love w/ his style, and it was inspiring to witness someone blend their interests and passions the way he was when I was just an awkward sophomore in high school listening to Beautiful Loser. He definitely holds a special place in my heart as a creative, so I can’t WAIT to see him live for the first time!! 🤗

I’m super hyped to see all the cool cosplays folks have planned, and debut two new ones for myself at the Festival on Saturday and the @trapsushiofficial After Party later on that night. 🤭

I’ll be at as many things as possible while also making time to rest somewhere in here, and if we’ve met at another con/festival, I’d love to frolic together!! ✨

It was such a pleasure + an honor to co-host Flint Pride this year, and I can officially add “festival co-host” to the list of cool things I’ve gotten to do!! 😭🥰

The journey of self-discovery and acceptance is a long and winding one, and it’s been so beautiful to walk my path and meet so many amazing people, like the good folks over at @wellnessservices who produce Pride in the Park every year in Flint. 🏳️‍🌈✨

I had so many people compliment my hosting style, and while I was a little scared to show up as myself and rap about God and politics on bigger stages, I’m letting go of that fear. My voice is mine to share, and there are people who want to hear it. 🤲🏽

At FEMININE RAGE, it’s safe to scream, laugh, cry, and rejoice all at the same time!! ❤️‍🔥

In April, we shared an intimate experience at Mott Park Clubhouse to release our rage, specifically healing from S*xual Assault during SA Awareness Month.

Many thanks are due to our sponsors in @drcryscrain with Prevention at the Intersections and @much2discuss for supporting the space! 🫂

From a group scream to a crowd discussion on consent, safety, and restoration after trauma to a collective art piece that everyone was encouraged to contribute to down to the art and testimony that was shared, we are so grateful to everyone that came to FEMININE RAGE.

Multiple generations of people were able to get together and share truth and light with each other, even on a day centered around some of our darkest hours.

With much gratitude to the community at Mott Park Clubhouse, we’re back at this location on SEPTEMBER 26TH from 7pm-10pm for the third edition of FEMININE RAGE to release even more!! 🔥
