Run, Pony, Run asks what it means to long for escape, freedom, tenderness, release, ritual, or even disappearance.

The exhibition gathers artists whose works navigate inner worlds, bodily thresholds, imagined realities, and contemporary rituals of survival.

Over the coming days, we’ll be sharing sneaky previews of artists and their work, along with conversations about the exhibition, fragments of thought, process, and becoming.

Featuring responses from:

MOLLY+FRIENDS is proud to present Reciepts of Becoming, our first online exhibition of 2026. *Link in Bio*

(Self) love was in the air during this Valentines Day season’s open call, in which we invited artists to engage in an audit of their personal evolution: a celebration of the growth that happens when we stop deleting our history and start framing it.

Each of these talented creatives were invited to present a physical “receipt” from their past alongside their current work, interrogating who they were in order to celebrate where they are now. These open acts are intended to inspire us all to contemplate providing a “Valentine” to the ghosts of our past selves: a bold gesture that enables us to offer a more fully rounded, grounded love to others.
