INTRO in Mr Michael Jeffries (aka JOFFA)

JOFFA — COUPLE TONNE DOWN.

One of my favourite transformations to date. (Physically cool, but mentally, the dude is a new fucking person with a whole new lease on life) That shit is NEAT.

We’ve dropped roughly 20KG of bodyweight while putting on a SHITLOAD of muscle in the process.

We started with a proper baseline phase, worked out his calories, established training, recovery and output, and kept food as high as we could whilst driving fat loss.
From there, rather than constantly dropping calories, we slowly increased his movement and output.

More productive training.
Better execution.
More volume where needed.
More frequency.
A bit of cardio.

The goal was always to drive performance, keep muscle growing and create enough output to lose fat without having to butcher his food (no shitty starving diets here)

Over the journey we had roughly 20–25 weeks of fat loss, with around 10 weeks of maintenance/diet breaks mixed throughout.

Those breaks made a HUGE difference.
More food.
Better training.
Better recovery.
Better adherence.
Then back into the push.

A tonne more muscle.
Way better condition.
And a completely different physique.
Couldn’t be more fucking proud of Michael and how he’s handled the process.
Now we reverse.
More food.
More strength.
More tissue.
Time to get fucking BIG.

Well done mate,

Coach Tyler.
