There are a handful of things I’m SUPER DUPER passionate about in my work, and well, life- cos honestly the two don’t really pull apart for me! 🙃😁💕✨ And the TRUTH that if you go there ‘in the mind’, you can ‘go there in the body’ is 💯 one of them.

Say whattttt? You might be thinking.... Short story- if you can get yourself onboard fully with an idea or belief, it has to be yours in time.

THAT’S why your beliefs are SO important. And I’m SO crazy about helping folks belief shift.

The magic and miracles that ensue once my clients get their heads right never fails to wow me, even after all this time!

I think it’s because Life/God/The Universe (call it what you want!) ALWAYS over delivers when you allow... Like @arianagrande says....’ you want it, you got it!’ 🤣

What’s key is getting into a good headspace, or FEEELING good emotionally, and allowing life to do its thing FOR YOU 💋✨ I’ve tagged a few of my Insta buddies who I know are in the know 😉- tag one of your besties who need reminding or hit me up with a comment if you KNOW this too!

Ooh BTW-members, December’s guided meditation in the member’s area will be a very special download based on this very powerful notion-can’t wait for you to start using it on the 9th 👏💕 With so much love,

Zofie xo

✨Pilates for Cyclists Workshop✨
.
A quick reminder that my Pilates for Cyclists workshop is coming up this Saturday the 8th of June from 13.15-15.15pm at @yogawestlondon 🚴🏻‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️
.
Come along to understand how Pilates can assist in preventing cycling-related injuries and help clients to be more comfortable and more efficient on the bike.
.
A targeted Pilates program for cyclists can help:-
* improve mobility and flexibility to increase comfort and efficiency on the bike:
* lengthen hamstrings and strengthen glutes
* develop strong hip flexors
* alleviate postural issues
* improve neck mobility * balance the issues of muscle shortening that can be caused by long periods on the bike
* improve core and pelvic control to improve efficiency
.
No previous experience of Pilates needed. Book in advance by calling the Yoga West studio on 0208 993 1597 or turning up on the day.
Tag a cycling buddy below and spread the word!🚵‍♀️🚵‍♂️
