Your metabolism doesn’t hit a wall at 30 ⬇️

Researchers measured the daily energy burn of 6,421 people across 29 countries, from newborns to people in their 90s. Once they adjusted for body size, metabolism held steady from 20 to 60.

After 60 it only drops about 0.7% a year. On 2,000 calories a day, that’s 14 calories. Roughly 2 almonds. 🥜

So what actually changes in your 30s, 40s and 50s?
💼 Work gets busier
🏋️ Less time to train
🚶 Less walking
🍽️ A bit more eating

A few 1 percenters add up to a big change in what your body needs. The good news: that’s all in your control.

It’s also why your calorie target shouldn’t stay frozen for years. INCHECK FIT automatically adjusts your calorie and macro targets as your life changes, so your plan keeps up with you.

Are all calories actually the same? 🤔

Well yes but they’re not all equal …

A calorie is simply a unit of measure just like a kilometre, mile or gram but that doesn’t mean all calories are equal because we have factors such as the Thermic effect of food, micronutrients, how full a food leaves you feeling and so on that impacts why they’re not equal.

The good news is we count the calories so you don’t have to which means you don’t have to stress about what to eat any more 🙏🏻

How to instantly get better output from AI ⬇️

If it keeps giving you rubbish, look in the mirror first. You probably gave it a bad input.

So stop assuming it knows. Give it the background you would give someone on their first day.

Can you get enough creatine from the food you eat everyday or do you need to supplement it? 🥩

Almost 7/10 people get under 1 gram of creatine everyday from food alone which is one fifth of the recommended dose to get the benefits for your muscles.

You can get enough creatine from food but it’ll come at the cost of excess calories as well as be drastically expensive than buying creatine monohydrate and supplementing daily

Is the healthy option always the better option for fat loss? 🤔

Unfortunately “healthy” doesn’t always mean lower calorie which can leave you wondering why you’re eating well and not losing weight.

Now choosing a burger over a salad won’t always come out lower calorie but when eating out you’ll often be surprised out the calorie content of the healthy foods like a salad which can often lead to the “unhealthy” option being lower in calories 🌮

Fat loss doesn’t need to be complex as it only comes down to 2 key factors ⬇️

1. Calorie intake 🌯
2. Movement 💪🏻

The reason it feels hard isn’t the science. It’s the tracking, planning, and decision fatigue around doing it consistently.

That’s the real problem to solve and we’d love to help solve it!
