Wrapping up Q2 with an absolute full heart 🤍

Life by design. It’s a concept I came across 5 years ago and changed everything.

I believe in building a life that serves and nurtures what actually matters. Your ambition, your relationships, your values.

Because time is short. And when you spend it on people, places and things that don’t serve you, it costs you more than you realise.

So this is my messy, beautiful in-between. And I love it, because it’s mine. I took the risk on me. Designed by me, worked for by me, lived by me.

Hi, if you’re new here, I’m Meera Joshi, a Women’s Health Physiotherapist. I’m on a mission to put women’s health, recovery, movement and mindset back at the centre of women & mums lives. All while living my own mum life, with every joy and challenge that comes with it.

The juggle is intense but I’m all in and here for it.

And I call it a privilege, because I’ve seen what it means to go without.

End of 2022!

A few beautiful days with friends spent reminiscing, celebrating and welcoming whatever 2023 has for us.

Yearly traditions of Staycation continues 💗

Grateful for each & every one of you 💛

We always leave these with our 'Peak, Pits and what we are looking forward to next year'

For me it was most definitely a year of pits that included poor health, poor decisions made in business but all uplifted by my little girl, beautiful wife & family/friends!

🔥 AMPLIFY YOUR IMPACT 🔥

The day I started @r.d.physio it was always about giving back.

Underpinning the foundations of the organisation to always be connected to a purpose, a mission, something that connected each individual that interacted with us on any level.

We never shared the 'behind the scenes' of these Global Projects we got involved with because I felt better working on these projects in silence.

Only after listening to our friends @clinicmastery in a Workshop at 2.50 a.m. do I feel the need to share who we've worked with during during Covid-19 Pandemic.

C.S.I. Rehab Centre - has earned a name for its service excellence imparted with love, care, understanding and faith. CSIRC services have benefitted scores of disabled persons, helping them to build their lives on solid ground.

I personally witnessed this on my 30th birthday. They take organizational and people skills in to the "real world", giving back to society, and proudly empower themselves and their (often economically dissadvantaged) families.

At R&D Physio our mission is to inspire and empower people globally.

This is our commitment.
