Training doesn’t need to be complicated.

Get stronger.
Learn to move your body well.
Build your engine.
Work hard enough to create change.

Then keep showing up and doing it consistently.

That’s a big part of how we approach training at Intent.

No random workouts for the sake of getting sweaty.
No need to destroy yourself every session.

Just good coaching, solid training and progression over time.

Strong. Fit. Capable.

Train with Intent. 💪

The rope broke….

Nobody was injured.

A few egos took a hit 👀😂

And I’ve never heard so many grown adults laugh at the same time. (Genuinely an LOL moment)

I guess the rope was on its last legs after 5 good years…RIP

This was our Intent Gym Adult Sports Day.

A reminder that fitness doesn’t have to be serious all the time.

Yes, we train hard.

Yes, we chase results.

But we also believe that enjoying the process matters.

Because the best training environment isn’t just one that helps you get stronger.

It’s one that makes you want to keep showing up.

Good people.

Good laughs.

A little healthy competition.

That’s what we’re building at Intent Gym.

(And next year we’ll be investing in a stronger rope.)

INTENT x REGENERATE 🥊

One of the biggest goals of our Summer Challenge isn’t just getting fitter.

It’s getting outside your comfort zone.

Last weekend, we brought some of our members down to @regenerate_mma, where our owner Josh trains, for a session led by @mma_laith and @nathanmulliganmma.

The lads were taken through striking fundamentals, self-defence techniques, and a completely different way to challenge themselves physically and mentally.

For many, it was their first time stepping onto the mats.
That’s what community is about.

Trying new things. Learning new skills. Building confidence. Becoming more capable.

A massive thank you to everyone at @regenerate_mma for making us feel welcome and delivering a brilliant session.

More than a gym.

A community that pushes each other to grow. 👊

2025 was a year. But it's also the year that I moved to America to marry the love of my life (twice), Im rocking the "irish bartender" stereotype and now im living my life and im so happy and comfortable.

2026 will be a year of building the life i want with my now WIFE!!! @dobe_illustrations and new adventures together 💛💛

I also have a great circle of friends that are all very amazing and im so happy to have them all in my life 💛

What a way to wrap up our Christmas Challenge 🎄🔥

An unreal night celebrating the work put in by our members.

Huge congratulations to Jo Hard / Jo Homes for taking the overall victory 🏆

And a big shout-out to all of our team winners — well deserved 🤙🏾

Everyone who took part has already built serious momentum heading into 2026.

The work done before the new year is what creates leverage for what’s to come.

This was our biggest awards night to date, with 10 awards handed out to recognise the effort and consistency shown throughout 2025.
We’re now onboarding new starts for 2026, and spaces are filling fast ⏳

If you want to join Intnet in the new year, drop us a message today and we’ll get you onboarded this month 🎯

From experience, the people who make the biggest progress are the ones who prepare early — not the ones who wait for January.

We’re ready when you are 🫡

Week 3 of our Santa blast finished with a group walk in redburn Forrest park.

Was great to get a group of our members together outside of the gym.

Plenty of doggos, steps and craic was had!

Week 4 is currently looking very tight between the two teams.

Who will take this week? 👀
