Join us in shouting a big Happy Birthday to our friend and Co-Director, Josh Veach! There are a lot of things that happen behind the scenes to make sure we are shouting love each month, and we honestly would not be here today if it weren’t for this guy!

Josh, we are beyond grateful for you and all the time you invest in advocating for our families! We hope this is the best year yet!

Big News!

We're excited to share that Barbell Logic has been awarded a contract as part of the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, a competitive Federal Research and Development program.

Through this partnership, we'll be working with Air Force Explosive Ordnance (EOD) Units, whose main role is to detect, disarm, and dispose of bombs and other explosive threats. The SBIR program will leverage our innovative technological solutions to private fitness coaching to address the EOD units’ rigorous physical requirements, improving hundreds of Airmen’s physical fitness scores while also addressing the units’ overall readiness to deploy and reducing non-combat-related injuries.

This is nothing short of a victory for a small, hard-working team. A special thank you to our Program Manager, Dan Shell, as well as Nick Soleyn (Editor-in-Chief), CJ Gotcher (Academy Director), Andrew Jackson (COO), Niki Sims (CXO), and Josh Veach (CIO).

Our business and org structure have been setup to handle a project like this and we’re excited to knock this one out of the park!

It’s one thing to read leadership books about communication, but actually getting in person, getting feedback and learning different strategies for the messiness of life is completely different.

To those willing to get their hands dirty and play in the gray with us, thank you 👊

Also, incredibly grateful to our friends @katie.whidden @coach_simmons_runs and @openstudioarchitecture for their hospitality.

Denver Apprenticeship did not disappoint 💯

Our staff and coaches recently gathered for our annual conference to lift and learn so that we may continue to offer our clients the best and most convenient way to experience lives of strength. We were even honored with a special guest, Sybil, a name you know well if you're a regular listener to the Barbell Logic Podcast. And because we believe everyone can live a life of strength like Sybil, we'll never stop working to be the best coaches possible and offering world-class service.
