Landing into Sri Lanka life together with Julia has been a mix of slow mornings, work, sun, stillness, friends and fun.

I’m always fascinated by how a change in environment can transform my entire state of being. Last year felt heavy in many ways, and now, I’m slowly letting go of what weighed me down to make space for the new.

Getting back into routines that make me feel good, shifting my thoughts toward a more positive, upward spiral, embracing creativity, and soaking up the sun.

Overall, just feeling grateful to be happy again 🌞
