DEKA FIT EMR 2026

The team's performance yesterday was incredible.

They all work incredibly hard, and it showed. The team smashed their run times from last year on this course and beat their times from Manchester too.

Super proud of every single one of them, and eternally grateful they're part of the Battle team.

If watching this lit a fire in you, drop me a message. I'll help you take the first step toward your own Deka race.

DEKA with the best support crew ❤️

First DEKA FIT for the brother-in-law and he smashed it solo, even with me shouting at him 👏🏼 Couldn’t be me, I’ll stick to doubles with @just_kate_training 😂

Big thanks to our cheer squad, especially my nephew 🥹

DEKA MANCHESTER 26 🔥

What a performance from Kate and Becci this weekend.

Becci has gone from strength to strength smashing her running, completing a Hyrox race, and turning up to every session locked in and dialled. Her focus and determination are next level, and honestly? It's contagious. She lifts the energy of everyone training around her.

Kate's journey back to this start line has been nothing short of incredible. A broken ankle. Rebuilding her running and strength from scratch. All while being a mum, a wife, and an absolute tank.

So proud of what these two have achieved. Derby in September is next, LET'S GO!!!

Feeling inspired? Drop me a message and let's get you started.
