Delightful magic… Pics from August into Autumn. ⁣♥️
⁣
On Friday night during Kirtan and Cacao, we asked ourselves… What lights me up? ⁣🔥
⁣
~ What do you pour onto your inner fire? ⁣
~ How do you bring richness and depth into your life? ⁣
~ What makes you feel alive? ⁣
~ Do you get to do it everyday? ⁣
⁣
I remember once describing a deeply joyful memory to a therapist.. dancing on a night out feeling the most incredible joy. I longed for this feeling everyday. I remember asking the therapist why can’t I feel like that always? ⁣
⁣
He said I couldn’t ~ he said it wasn’t reality to always feel like that. ⁣
⁣
I guess he’s right, being human is a kaleidoscope of feeling. But I can choose to dance every day and I do.. sometimes you just need to move dance location from a club to your kitchen.

Heal yourself. Heal the world.

The ultimate call to action.

‘As a world protector, Durga’s fierceness arises out of her uniquely potent compassion. She is the deity to call on when you’re in deep trouble.

In the Devīmāhātmyam, we are reminded again and again that the goddess will always appear when we need her to protect our world.

She invites us to turn to her in crisis, and she promises to move mountains to rescue us from every form of evil—including the evil we create ourselves.’

I have been training to run a half marathon @robinhood_half … A little last minuet, but I’ve decided to take a leap and fundraise for a cause that means a lot to me.

I’ve witnessed first-hand how much charities can help and support children, families and adults who are struggling, and I wanted to do something to help.

It’s very possible that there have been times when either you, or someone you know, has really struggled with life. We all deal with things differently and do our best to cope. Life can be hard. People feel deeply and often carry more than others realise. Sometimes those feelings can be incredibly difficult to express, understand or manage, and can lead someone to a place of complete desperation.

Did you know that being disabled or neurodivergent significantly elevates the risk of self harm and suicide attempts. Autistic adults are 7-9 times more likely to die by suicide than non-autistic individuals.

I’m raising funds for @harmless_uk and @thetomorrowproject_uk who support those affected by self-harm and suicide, and to help provide the support that can make such a difference when someone needs it most.

There is absolutely no pressure to donate and trust me I know that times are hard… But if you are able to contribute, it would be hugely appreciated.

Dekafit Manchester 2026

The first competition since my injury… I still can’t quite believe I’m back doing this.

This was hard, and I gave it everything.

If there’s one thing training has built in me, it’s resilience. It’s taught me that I can do hard things and that I can believe in myself. That means so much to me because life can sometimes be hard and those lessons transfer far beyond the gym. They help you back yourself in the moments when you need self-belief the most.

That’s not to say I feel confident all the time. Old stories and self-doubt still creep in. But resilience is built slowly by trusting yourself over and over again, and by taking the actions that reinforce that trust.

@beccifitness_ has been working so hard and inspiring me to train with real intention. Thank you for your friendship and for believing in me.

@battle_ash_coaching has been there every step of the way… before, during, and after my injury. He has helped me build my focus, strength, and confidence.

And to all my gym friends (including these two), thank you. You’re the reason I keep showing up and pushing myself to do hard things that ultimately make me stronger, not just physically, but in who I am.

We came away with nearly a 2min PB… really happy with that. Let’s see if we can get another few second off at East Mids in Sept

To experience life as sacred.

To let the mundane be rediscovered as extraordinary ordinary.

To allow beauty, and wonder, and awe to weave their way back into our hearts.

Mantra, sacred sound and the gift of music is literally where it’s at for me these days.

To take shelter in each seed of potential that patiently waits our return.

I’m so grateful to this community who have poured their hearts into this little gathering time and time again.

I’m even more grateful to the beautiful human @kateflowyoga who said yes all those years back when we first considered stepping into this adventure.

This weekend was SO much fun - my wee heart is still integrating its magic.

More opportunities for dropping into mantra, chanting, kirtan & harmonium play are coming soon.

From the depths of my heart ~ thank you, thank you, thank you ♥️🫠🙏

A new kind of space has arrived in Ruddington 🪴

A place to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
Where phones are off, the outside world fades away, and you can reconnect — with yourself and with others.

This is more than a studio. It’s a safe space for our village.
A moment of calm in a busy world.

Come as you are. Move mindfully. Leave feeling lighter ✨
