What an incredible evening at the Marbella International Film Festival! The Last Sun received three nominations out of over 800 submissions and very stiff competition 💪

It was an amazing festival and such an exciting night!

Recently screen fight has been one of the things I focus on, and I found a small group of people to practice fight chorography with and improve fight skills.

As an actor it's important to nurture different skills and discover what else brings you joy. :)

Cada círculo de homens com intenção alinhada (contornos e valores) e CADA homem que escolhe se cuidar, apoiar e ser apoiado, fortalece este movimento de expansão da consciência, autorresponsabilidade e cura.
Esse gesto não cuida apenas de si ou dos homens presentes, mas interfere positivamente em todas as relações que nos atravessam, oferecendo ao macrocampo de Piracanga e do planeta uma oferenda de amor, compromisso e energia vital.

It's been a busy week...

This Wednesday another group of warriors smashed their standard level exam with the BADC. A wonderful group who I hopefully will get the chance to work with again in the future. Well done team.

With the passing of these students I also hit the marker I needed to pass through the teacher training programme as a full teacher with the British Academy of Dramatic Combat. It's a very surreal moment for me.

@action_by_ko thankyou for everything. You've been an incredible mentor and friend and I feel extremely fortunate that I got the opportunity to hang out and learn from you these last three years (and prior!). We set each other on fire in Copenhagen and rolled around in the mud in Italy. I'm grateful for every second. Unfortunately I couldn't find many photos of us so this one will have to do. I couldn't have done this without you. So thankyou.

@jessyrabs thankyou for listening to my anxieties and for always entertaining my stupid questions. And for everything else...

@roxanneapplebee thankyou for your never ending support and letting me beat you up a lot on my courses this year.

@cjturnermcmullan thankyou for helping me organise my first course when I was just about ready to jump in a hole and hibernate.

There are so many people I need to thank. Some of whom I unfortunately can't. But know that I'm grateful to every single person who has supported me in this. I love each and every one of you.
