Cincinnati is lighting up for BLINK.

And Xavier artists are adding their own light to the city.

Tomorrow, Xavier University Art Gallery opens two exhibitions that bring together artists from across our community and artistic history:

LIGHT: A Faculty + Staff Exhibition

and

SIGN OF THE TIMES featuring Xavier alumni Frank Geiser and Hannah Smith.

Together, these exhibitions offer different ways of thinking about light—not only as something we see, but as something that can shape perception, atmosphere, memory, and the way we experience a place.

BLINK illuminates Cincinnati on a spectacular scale. We’re proud to have Xavier artists contributing their own ways of seeing to that larger cultural moment.

Opening Reception
Friday, October 9 · 3–5 PM
Xavier University Art Gallery

Come see what our artists are illuminating.

When Katherine inquired with me for this session and showed me all her inspiration, I knew she was a client after my own heart! Then add on top of that she’s an art professor 🫠… I knew she was going to absolutely kill it!
