@herafternashville has blessed me in ways I could have never imagined. It’s statistically proven that women’s fear levels rise when they get in a room with other women. This morning we had 20 moms take time out of their Saturday morning to sit down and have a meaningful conversation about the challenges, gifts, and journey motherhood takes us through. We all could have sat there talking for hours 🥲 Biggest takeaways: 1. Give yourself the same grace you give your kids 2. Communicate with your partner/friends - they can’t read your mind, crazy concept 😂 3. Moms need community. Period. So grateful this is mine 🤎

P.S. @janiceestes, I just love you and couldn’t have wished for a more thoughtful, loving, authentic mother-in-law 💕

Today was special 🤍 A morning full of real connection, tears, laughs, new friendships, honest conversations and a space to breathe.

Thank you to every mom who showed up and made Embracing the After what it was. We’re so grateful you were here.

Huge thank you to our incredible partners who helped make this morning possible —

aug 25 • 1 year of @dwellhousetn 🥹💙

what a blessing year one has been.

dwell house came from choosing to trust the Lord with what was next, completely terrified and with no idea what it would actually become. what started as a little idea has turned into getting to create alongside some of the most talented, kind, and hardworking people we know... and somehow, we get to call this work 🤯

so grateful for every person who has trusted us with their story, their gifts, their ideas, and has let us champion who they are and what the Lord has called them to. we couldn’t do this without the team, friends, and people who have believed in DH and poured into us along the way.

thank you, Jesus. this has always been Yours. may we continue to steward it well, serve people wholeheartedly, and use what we’ve been given to celebrate what You’re doing through others.

one year in, and we’re just getting started :)
