Today felt like a good day to pull out the OG check in fit for Coach @kate_kflfit & @kflfit 🤯 We are 1 week shy of 8 months into this journey & only those who know me on a personal level know how deeply this journey has changed me. The mental changes far outweigh the physical ones 🫶🏻 Thank you to every person who has supported me, cheered me on, motivated me with their own journey… 23.5lbs down and a little to go before we hit our reverse! I’m so excited for the next phase of this journey and to really build on some more muscle 💪🏼

The reality is I stopped making excuses for my schedule and worked with what I could work with. Which means at least one or two workouts in my week are done at a ball field. During practice. Before a game. I told myself that if my kids were going to put in the work and honor God with the talents He has given them, then so could I. So the dumbbells get packed in the trunk next to my kids’s bag.

And I put good use to an empty bleacher 😆

8 week celebration 🙌🏽👏🏽

i am down 14lbs, i’m so much stronger and have changed my habits around snacking & food. I feel so good mentally and physically and I’m so happy i decided to work with @kflfit and @kate_kflfit to get to that point! I feel so good in my skin and it feels so good to be confident in my clothes finally 😭🫶🏽

currently in my ovulation window and idk if anyone’s like me but i hold water retention & bloat like CRAZY during my period and during ovulation - super annoying, so i can’t wait to see my stomach next week! but the inches I’ve lost all around, the body comp changes, the muscle definition i see now & inflammation loss BLOWS MY MIND!

so happy to finally see the scale move past that breakthrough point for me. The belief I have in myself is activated again! 🙌🏽👏🏽

Today I hit a big milestone 😍😭🫶🏽

155 lbs 😭🙌🏽👏🏽

I’ve haven’t seen this number on the scale in about FOURTEEN YEARS!!! Except the last time I saw it, I was incredibly unhealthy and GAINING weight, not losing it. There was no definition or strength, just inflammation & so many poor food choices.

That lifestyle led me to eventually hit 230 lbs after I had my fourth daughter. when I stepped on that scale and saw where I let myself get to… I promised myself it would be the last time I ever saw that number.

I lost 73 lbs in about 8-9 months. Down to 157, but I plateaued and eventually gained 18 lbs back. Then lost 10ish & yoyo’d the same 10-18lbs for TWO YEARS before I finally locked in with @kflfit & @kate_kflfit

When I started with them, I was 169 lbs. I’ve lost 14 pounds since then y’all. I’m stronger, more fit & healthier than I’ve ever been in my entire life 😭🙌🏽👏🏽

I’m so freaking proud of myself 😭😭 showing my daughters every single day with discipline and drive that hard work builds resilience and the greatest rewards!

i’m quite literally 10 lbs away from my goal weight.

LT Games 2026 | Dallas 🤍

An experience of a lifetime that I’ll never forget. So many people have asked me, “How was it? How did it go?” & honestly, it’s been hard to sum it all up into words.

The feeling of being completely depleted, but still having to keep going… it felt like it unlocked a new part of me. And somewhere in that moment, it became my “why.”

Overall, it was such an incredible experience - not only to compete, but to be surrounded by some seriously incredible competitors. I walked away with a whole new level of respect for the athletes who do these types of competitions on a regular basis.

Thank you, @lifetime.ltgames for putting on such a well-done event. Thank you to @alice_kflfit for preparing me. Alice has been my coach through @kflfit for the past 6 months, even before I signed up for the Games. She quickly pivoted my nutrition and training to align with the competition and got me ready to go! & thank you to @freezy30 for getting me through my actual time on the course. I was incredibly grateful all the support.

Now we rest for a bit. 😊

today is check in with @kate_kflfit & @kflfit and to say i’m happy is an understatement.

for those of you who have been obese & pulled yourself out of the pits - only to get so far and stay there KNOWS how disappointing it is. I FREAKING FINALLY broke through the 160’s that were haunting me for two years. some limbo I was stuck in that i couldn’t get past - but I finally did because of my coaches guidance. 12 pounds down plus so much inflammation & inches gone!

i’m so grateful 😭 truly. every single morning my stomach is getting smaller & smaller, my waist line is getting snatched & i’m feeling stronger and more confident than ever before.

i think the most valuable piece is when i do eat bad food, which i still get too daily & weekly (tailored to your plan) i don’t even want to finish it. my daily snacks i choose to make healthy, even though they could be awful, & my cheat meal each week i never finish if its fast food, because it makes me feel queasy right away. that’s not to say i wont ever have bad snacks or fast food again cause yo girl LOVES food, but the way my body responding to it now that i’ve been mostly whole food again is quite literally blowing my mind. the way we get accustomed to toxic things in our body is pretty scary, really. you don’t notice until you take it away.

so friggn happy to be here & sorry folks, i won’t tone down the selfies or vibe checks - i didn’t work this hard for nothin 😜

3 years ago i went from 230lbs to 157lbs. i felt so confident in my body, all my clothes fit me great, but then i just plateaued. we moved shortly after & i slowly gained back a few pounds here & there until i was back up to 178lbs. i tried SO HARD to get back to 157 myself but i yoyo’d those 20+ pounds for TWO YEARS, mostly hanging around 165-170. i dreamed of the day when i’d see the scale say 157 again because i kicked myself for getting that far & not taking it all the way to my goal weight of 135-145. today i stepped on the scale (last photo) & i was finally at 157 for the first time in 2 YEARS 😭

i honestly was shocked. i’m 12 pounds down from the start of working with @kate_kflfit & @kflfit & the definition i see everywhere is better than i’ve EVER seen. i’m the strongest i’ve ever been, i’ve increased my weights for the first time in a year & my endurance has grown tremendously. the biggest hump i’m so grateful that i overcame, though, is my incessant need to snack, especially at night. & nightly wine. i took both of those away as regularly habits, it was so difficult, but i made slow changes weekly until finally they both didn’t have a chokehold on me anymore.

12 pounds down. Wow. i’m truly so grateful for everything i’ve been taught these last several weeks. tomorrows check in for the start of another week & i couldn’t be more grateful for the confidence i’ve gained. seeing videos and pictures my husband takes of me and not wanting to cry - but am instead shocked at how much smaller i look - man it’s all so worth it!

if you’re on the fence with hiring them, don’t wait another day. the same time went by for you and me - you deserve the confidence & success that i’ve had! invest the time & discipline on yourself 🤎

they work virtually! they’re in London & i’m in the US. plans tailored to you, workout programs tailored to you, support groups, recipes, guidance, weekly check ins but daily communication when you need it…. don’t find excuses anymore - i know that road & it leads to the same exact place you’re in weeks/months/years from now.

take it from me & my success - they’re worth it!

If you want different you gotta move different 👊🏽

I’ve gotten myself this far and I’m proud of that. But I have specific goals I’m ready to get serious about.

I’m coming up on four weeks working with @kflfit and I’ve been putting my trust in the plan 🙌🏽

The goal has always been to be capable to live the lifestyle I love, outdoors and all the wild & extreme adventures. But ya girl also has specific body goal that I want for myself and I’m ready to finally put in the work for it!

Between packing, moving, and getting settled, having a coach in my corner has been huge. She’s checking in on me, helping me keep meals simple, and adjusting my workouts now that I’m fully working out at home.
I’ve always said, having a plan that fits your life where you are right now is what makes it easier to follow through.

Still here showing up.
Still doing the work.
Just learning that getting a little help along the way is okay and maybe just what I’ve been needing 🖤
