A little late sharing this, but it’s a memory I’ve been thinking about a lot ❤️

Back in August, I had the chance to present BODYSTEP 144 at the canfitpro conference and Les Mills Experience.

What made it even more special was sharing the stage with Fred, my very first Les Mills Trainer, reconnected with Melvin after filming BODYSTEP 130 together in London 🇬🇧 🎥 and also sharing the canfitpro stage with Michael, who I’ve had the honour of mentoring.

I’m so grateful for the opportunities, the people, and the memories my fitness journey gives me. I keep saying yes because I never want to look back and wish I had taken more chances.

Now it’s time to launch this release in our GoodLife clubs! I hope you love it as much as we do!

More than a month later, these photos still stop me.

I got to step onto the canfitpro stage for Pilates alongside @kyliegatesfitness and @khiranhuston; two people I’ve admired for years.

I see nerves.
I see effort.
But mostly, I see joy.

One of my favourite parts was sharing this adventure with @angelafeindel, who was there for Dance. We found our way back to each other, rekindling our beautiful friendship as though no time had passed.

I wouldn’t have wanted to be there with anyone else. Watching Angela have this moment was every bit as special as having my own.

So grateful to the entire team for the kindness, encouragement and sense of belonging.

What a freaken weekend.

Give your shoulders some love!

Strength and stability here go a long way, better posture, easier movement control, and everyday activities that just feel lighter.

This Mat Pilates sequence builds it from the inside out, with intentional, controlled movements 🤍 do this routine once through, 5-8 reps per movement, per side.

@canfitpro_global ….All I can say is WOW. 🤩
I am constantly amazed by the people, the connection and the event.
This years theme was #unite and I truly believe that we can make the world a better and stronger place one bicep curl 💪 at a time.

Like so many this years event was all about #community and #connection
People were so generous with their time and holding space for one another.

Big kudos to the host with the Mo’st. @mo_hagan I don’t know how she does it year after year and somehow ages in reverse.

I spy a girl who was told she would have to live her life unable to walk and in serious chronic pain. Then came fast-progressing cataracts. Two surgeries later… she found a pink swimsuit at Walmart for $10.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me and helped me get the care I needed. I genuinely feel like I went from hell to heaven. None of this would have been possible if people hadn’t cared, been willing to help, and believed me. You guys saved my life.

& a huge thank you to @kim.gibas for being my physiotherapist (and therapist 🤣) - I saw a lot of physiotherapists and she was the only one that actually helped me. A good physiotherapist is worth a million. Also @knfdzlh for being my friend and physiotherapist in Malaysia 😘😘😘

& @realjocebo for organizing the go fund me so I could have the hip surgery 😭 and everyone that contributed. Wow.

I don’t take a single step, swim, or adventure for granted. 💗
