Evolving on purpose.

Moses isn’t confused about who he is, he’s just not finished yet.

10 to 15 versions of himself across a lifetime. The stage is one of them. Mobility and function will be another. And he’s already made peace with all of it.

He’s watched too many athletes across too many sports hold on too long, they and lose themselves in the process. He decided early that wouldn’t be his story.

This is what intentional growth actually looks like.

This was my third time stepping on a competition stage, but without a doubt, this one was the most special. 🤍Gina started this journey, and somewhere along the way I found myself right beside her, joining her on it. Watching her dedication and determination makes me want to work harder and be better. Getting to share this with my daughter is something I’ll never take for granted. I am so incredibly proud of her. And then there’s Moses, our trainer and bodybuilding coach, and Christina, our posing coach. You both started as our coaches, but somewhere along the way you became family. You believed in us, pushed us, supported us, and saw something in us even when we didn’t always see it ourselves. Having the right people beside you changes everything, and you two made this my best experience yet.
I’m proud of what I brought to that stage, but I also know I have more in me. I can be better, I can place higher, and I’m ready to keep working. This is only the beginning.
I’m so grateful for the three of you and for the memories we’re making together. 🤍
Now we build. Now we get better. And now we get ready for NATIONALS. Gina, Moses & Christina let’s do this together. We got this. 💪🏻✨

proud.

the past few months challenged me mentally and physically and taught me more about myself than I expected. walking away stronger, more grounded, and with a whole new appreciation for the process.

getting to do this alongside my mom made it even more special. watching her push her limits and step on that stage is something I’ll never forget. so proud of her & so blessed we got to share this moment together. 🥹

huge shoutout to @kingmofit for pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of and believing in me through the moments I questioned myself, and @christinatran_ifbbpro for making sure I stepped on stage confident and ready. so grateful to have you both as coaches & friends. we have big goals. 🤞🏼

In 2022, I placed 2nd at PA Muscle and took 5th place (first callout) at the North American Championships in my national show debut. Fast forward to 2026, and I’m the OVERALL winner of one of the premier shows on the East Coast!
