Meet our trainer Sammy 🐚

How did you find Lagree?
In 2023 when attending college in Miami, discovered a big wellness community there! Taking classes weekly helped me create routine and discipline during busy semesters.

Why do you love it?
I can confidently say Lagree is one of the most optimal workouts you can fit in a 45 minute window. Perfect for people always on the go. Every class challenges you in a new way.

Signature move.
Heavy Single Leg squats and Reverse Saw

Teaching style:
Calm, technical, and motivating. You will always know the science behind the method and each muscle group you’re working.

Outside the studio:
I love traveling, often visiting friends in new cities! When in town, I’ll be WFH at local cafes or reading at the beach.

Current obsession:
I’m always searching for new music! Current favs are bossa nova/ jazzy house mixes, as well 90s hip hop

Go-to drink: matcha or chai

Reset ritual: a beach day to myself #metime

Morning or night?

Sweet or savory?

Beach or city?
Love the city, but beach girl at heart

Take my class if you want:
to feel it the next day ;)
