From Nothing, To Something.

It took us a little longer than expected to get here… but good things take time.

What started as an idea, an empty space and a vision of creating something different has slowly become Mode.

There have been plenty of long days, changes of plans and challenges behind the scenes, but watching this space go from nothing to something has made every bit of it worth it.

And we definitely didn’t do it alone.

A massive thank you to all of the incredible trades who helped bring our vision to life. We appreciate the care, patience and work that went into every little detail.

Meet The Team - KOBY 👋🏼

Koby is one of our superstars who embodies everything that Impact is! Koby covers everything from Personal Training, Group Fitness, Reformer Pilates and general reception help - it would be very unlikely if you hadn’t seen her friendly face around! Here’s a chance to get to know her a little better.

1. What got you into fitness?
Mental health was the main thing that got me into the gym it has made a huge impact I genuinely get excited to workout knowing I’ll feel 100x better afterwards!

2. What do you love most about coaching at Impact?
I love the community and the relationships I get to build with people, it is such a rewarding job while also being so fun motivating people to be better and feel better

3. What do you want members to feel after your sessions?
I hope members feel accomplished and proud of themselves. I also hope I make them feel supported

4. Biggest gym ick?
Loud grunting or honestly just bad form

5. Coffee order?
A magic 🪄 or a skinny cap 🧢

6. Most used coaching phrase?
“This is a fun class guys” knowing it’s only fun for me

7. How would you describe your coaching style in 3 words?
Genuine, challenging & fun

8. Best advice you’ve ever been given?
honestly advice goes in one ear and out the other

9. What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
She’s an open book 📖

10. What’s one thing you’re currently working on improving?
Trying to be more organised which is a life goal as a type B girl through and through
