The matcha tasted like what I would imagine it should taste like. It was so good. 😅

@kopibar.us serves food inspired by Nusantara, bringing together flavors from Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Everything was special!

Thank you @killerbeemma for introducing me to a different part of asian food!

📍 kopi bar | berkeley
🧾 ($): 🌟 jamu (in-house orange juice, tumeric, and ginger topped with a coconut milk foam with honey and butterfly pea powder)

other notes:
- naturally packed with antioxidants and ingredients with anti-inflammatory & digestive benefits!
- it has a nice kick to it, slightly spicy, but the coconut cream balanced it out really well because it was not too sweet and there were notes of coconut and extra points for butterfly pea powder for the cute blue color
- they have brunch now! they’ve recently added more items to their menu and the presentation is always excellent
- this specifically resonates with me as an indo-american because it’s a nice twist from a childhood classic :)
- incredible service! it was such a joy to see @nora_haron again and sophie! specifically sophie made it really sexy looking, 10/10 barista, it was so fun to yap and catch up, and i will most certainly be back
