OVER A DECADE COACHING.. Here are some of the biggest lessons 👆 No seriously read the slides 👀 In the last 10 years alone I’ve seen the coaching landscape grow massively flooded with passionate leaders and hobbiest opportunists. Coaching isn’t a small thing, not an easy past time you can do as and when because you’ve stepped on a platform one time. It’s a career, it takes years to develop, hundreds of hours to execute and a willingness to carry a real weight of responsibility to serve your athletes. See we all know this, but coaches forget… ITS NOT JUST A HOBBY! When an athlete trusts in you and gives you the reigns of their training it’s a huge leap for them, so do the work 🤝 I put more hours into coaching last week than many do over a month… step up.

FOUR YEARS OF DBD 🔥 What an incredible night shared with near 100 athletes! It’s not often that any brand would take the time to celebrate these sort of occasions, let alone renting an iconic building in Brighton, running a black tie event, a three course meal, photographer, Casino table and so much more 😅 That’s because DBD is not like any other brand ❌ It’s not just about the lifting (though we crush that too) it’s about this community, these people, the belief we can always do more. I am unbelievably grateful for all those that came, friends, family, and athletes from all over. What DBD is, has become and continues to be is all I’d hoped for in those first days, a place for everyone, of any background all sharing in their journey and passion. I’ve said it so many times but now I think people are starting to see it - We are just getting started. Last bit, to those who believed, who were with me through this, watched me climb out a hole and build where I stood, who were there for the best days and the worst - I owe you so much and will forever be grateful that you were there. 🎥 @kendell.film

Tuesday // 02/09/24 ~ 🥳 ~ Last week absolutely flew by with a number of memories made… 🥳 We started and ended the week celebrating birthdays - a real joy to be apart of 4️⃣ It was a pleasure to celebrate @dedicatedbydesign’s 4 year anniversary alongside a number of truly admirable athletes - I also couldn’t miss the opportunity to see everybody in their best dress ✨Feeling very grateful to everybody who’s been so welcoming towards this next chapter of my life. There’s such a journey ahead with so much to learn and so many ways to grow. You all hold a special place in my heart and I’ll never forget that 🫶🏼 ~ #trans #journey #lgbtq

Here's the truth....💅🏻 ‼️Your bench is weak, stagnant or even regressing BECAUSE  💡You're not doing it enough. I've spoken to at least 5 women recently who have told me they don't know why their bench isn't improving...who are benching once a week or less so LISTEN UP THE PROBLEM ❌ If you are only getting ONE exposure a week that's a whole SIX DAYS between exposures meaning that you are getting little to no potentiation or recruitment TRY THIS ✅  Increase your bench to 2-3 times a week If for any reason you can't barbell bench press more often then add more pressing movements such as dumbbell press and machine press to your routine. 🗝️ So in reality, your bench sucks but NOT because you're female. You have every fucking opportunity to be as powerful as the guys and sometimes less isn't more, so do more🗝️  💻 Want to build a bigger bench? Drop me a message and let's grow your pressing potential 💻  #dedicatedbydesign
