Yet again, many thanks to everyone who attended the shows last week. (Note: Shows often sell out. Ensure you book in advance to guarantee entry.)
The next Legendary Try Out Night is on Thursday 8th October. Up to 14 new and established acts presenting fresh material - this week compered by HOWARD SMITH.
THEN, there's a lovely comedy show on Saturday 10th OCTOBER featuring PRINCE ABDI, KUAN-WEN HUANG, TOBY ADAMS, LES KEEN, AND ACT TBA and CHARMIAN HUGHES as MC.
Don't forget Crouch End Jazz on Sunday afternoons (4-7pm).
Hope to see you soon, again or for the first time. Shows are busy, so it's best (and cheaper) to book but there are tickets available on the door if not sold out (card purchase only).
And...the pub has a very special offer for ticket holders to our shows. On arrival you will be given a token that can be used after the show until closing time entitling you to 20% OFF drinks and snacks. (Can also be used during the interval on Thursdays).
All details and link to tickets here: http://www.downstairsatthekingshead.com/default.aspx

Note: there are some scammers offering tickets to our shows. They are stealing your money. Advance tickets available only fromhttps://wegottickets.com/downstairskingshead

🎉 WHAT. A. NIGHT. 🎉

Last Thursday, Healing Comedy Club took over the Ballroom at The Drayton Court Hotel with the brilliant Felicity Ward headlining, leaving the audience absolutely in stitches! 😂

And what a supporting lineup too. Kuan-Wen Huang and Josh Baulf brought the funnies in spectacular style and helped make it such a joyous night.

We had SO much fun. It really was a blast, and yes… we're still buzzing from it! 😂❤️

Huge props to The Drayton Court Hotel for being such a wonderful venue to collaborate with on this event. We love making comedy happen in this beautiful space and we're already looking forward to the next one.

📸 In the meantime, enjoy some snaps from the night, taken by the brilliant Michael O'Donnell.

And we're BACK on Thursday 22 October 2026, with Kae Kurd headlining!

🎟️ Tickets coming very soon…

Huge thanks to everyone who came along, laughed with us and helped make it such a special night. ❤️
