When it’s all WORTH IT 😍🏆 @kieranclarkson Kieran enquired to join the team for prep coaching back in March… THIS YEAR!! So this transformation you’re looking at is literally only 7 months apart. I think we’re safe to say we’ve done some incredible work together And that’s been topped off with Kieran’s first ever top 3 placings! He WON his first class 🥇 And then got 2nd in his other 2 classes 🥈 Imagine that - from never placing before, to getting top 2, 3 times, in 1 day After a mentally challenging prep, that’s exactly what Kieran needed It was confirmation that he is good enough, and he’s a lot better than he thought he was 👌🏼 And Kieran is my first ever prep client NOT living in the UK. He’s based out of Utah, USA So the communication, call times, show day times, and all that jazz was a little out of whack for me But we made it work, nailed the look, and made sure Kieran felt like I was there with him on show day 🎯 With frequent FaceTimes, phone calls, multiple WhatsApp check-ins, food manipulations, staying up til 1-2am to watch the live stream I loved it 💙 But that’s it for Kieran this season. FIRST POSED CHECK-IN VERSUS PRE STAGE CHECK-IN @akantonyy When you’re “just getting started” the vision for stage can seem like a lifetime away “How will I ever get in the right condition?” “Do I have enough size?” “I can’t even pose properly yet” “I don’t want to embarrass myself” “Am I even gonna be any good?” I get it - but that’s why you do what Ant did… He got started with me just shy of 12 months before he ever got on stage Meaning we could SQUASH any of the uncertainties and self doubt that he had Not that there was many for Ant, to be fair 🤣 But nonetheless we’ve had one hell of a rollercoaster with shows this year 😂 2x 🥉 in untested lineups A 7th place at PCA Naturals And a 4th place at WNBF Supernaturals Now for the ‘7th place’ show, it turns out the water and sodium protocols weren’t being adhered to properly - which is what caused the look to be off on that show day Massive shame as that’s the show we wanted to prioritise, but we all took lessons from that 1 week, and 5.5kg later, Ant came in with his best look yet - he was just a little flat That’s because I was holding back from carbing too heavy after the previous weekend’s look It was simply the safer option, and it definitely paid off, but if we came in fuller it would’ve been a top 3 placing for sure. Nonetheless, super proud of you this season mate, taken the results on the chin, and ended it on a high 🙌🏼 That’s what it’s about! The level up! At least this means we KNOW for certain the next run is gonna be crazy 😮‍💨😮‍💨 If you wanna compete in 2027/28, then get in touch ASAP. It’s all well and good being able to coach a client to get lean… But can you do it WITHOUT using fat burners? Without peptides? Or other enhancements? Can you do it without crashing his hormones? Can you do it without making him do an hour of cardio every day? Can you do it… with a vegetarian diet? And can you get him peeled enough to actually be competitive? I’m not sure many coaches can say yes to all of those things. … But yes… I can 😎 That’s what we did with big Jon, here. This is a transformation from September 2025 to October 2026 We spent 12 weeks in a tidy up Then 5 weeks in maintenance over Xmas Then into a 4.5 month build phase Into a 4 week pre prep diet Then into a 16 week prep Got jacked. Got diced. Won his first show. Got 4th in Britain with PCA. Then 2nd in Britain with WNBF. 3 shows nailed. Jon’s first EVER shows. There’s a seriously bright future ahead for this guy 🏆 And he can actually ENJOY bodybuilding, because he doesn’t have to fvck himself over to get shredded And that’s down to meticulous coaching… I make sure to do this with all of my athletes I don’t allow myself to get lazy and just “whack him on the stairmaster an hour every day and slash his calories” Lazy coaching that. None of that over here, thank you!! If you’re looking to compete in 2027/28 👇🏼 Then, be like Jon. Get on the team 12+ months ahead of time. Give plenty of time to make the necessary changes. A Prep Reflection 💭 @tyler_cussen PEAK BULK VS PEAK SHREDS 🔪 This was the full prep transformation from Tyler this year! From getting to the biggest he’s ever been, to the most shredded he’s ever been Get you a man who can do both 😮‍💨 Back in November 2025 we started a tidy up phase to get Tyler into a nicer position to start prep from (And the pic(s) on the left are from then, November ‘25) Doing this gave Tyler the ability to chill over the Xmas period for a week or so, before having to dial back into prep! Then we locked in, and Tyler nailed every single protocol I put in front of him And funnily enough… he achieved a look that he will look back on in years to come and be proud of 💙 We achieved the best Tyler Cussen to date! Perfect condition Flowy posing A bang on tan And his most muscular physique yet! The pic(s) on the right are from his show at the very start of June, this year So by no means was this a “quick turn around”, but it wasn’t supposed to be The goal was to keep the prep as smooth and as ‘easy’ as possible, whilst maximising results Which is what the goal always should be - it shouldn’t be about unnecessarily putting yourself into the ground Great work mate. Proud of ya. Now let’s get back to growing, and 1 up this again next time 🙌🏼 I’m currently taking on a small handful more prep clients for the 2027 season. Well… yesterday 😅 An extremely successful day for me as a prep coach, and one of my most successful days on paper! 1x 🥇 3x 🥈 1x 4th @jonbrowncoach coming into this show of the back of a win last weekend and placing 4th in Britain with PCA. He’d put some pressure on himself for this one and I could see that in his face on show day. I pulled him away from the noise, got his head in the game, and he absolutely brought it on stage. Battling it out for first place with some polish beast, Jon had him in a few shots, vice versa. We know what we need to do to come back even better. About a kilo down from last weekend too 👌🏼 @akantonyy absolute redemption this weekend, and I was over the moon to see him in the first call outs. It’s where he SHOULD be. We highlighted some issues on the back end with Ant’s approach, fixed it this week, and believe it or not he dropped 5.5kg in 7 days 😭 I’m still a bit baffled that he wasn’t top 3 yesterday, and it makes me question it more when they called out “4th place” they said it was a tie, and then the announcer had to go and talk to the judges, and then the leaner, more aesthetic & Mens physique looking guy (Antony) came 4th. Bit confusing, I really want some feedback here, but lets not takeaway from the result. We’re buzzing nonetheless! @kieranclarkson’s first ever show working with me, and his first show in 7 years! Kieran signed up for 3 Men’s Physique classes… and came away with 1x win, and 2x 2nd places. I think we did a pretty good job at dialling the shreds in, and peaking him perfectly from half way across the world 🇺🇸 A few times throughout prep Kieran was getting in his head, second guessing himself, and was putting a lot of pressure on himself. A few hard conversations and we squashed the insecurities, got him chillin, and look at that smile man. 4TH IN BRITAIN 🇬🇧🏆 What a result today! 2 shows in 2 days. Our first ever run for a show day weekend, and Jon’s first ever shows! There’s not much more that we could’ve asked for this weekend. A regional win in a big class yesterday 🥇 , then 4th place in a class of 15+ today at the Natural British Championships. Tough one to take today @akantonyy 💙 Prior to today, we’d done 2 shows, achieved 2 podium placings, and an invite to PCA British Finals So to fall outside of the first call out, and not get an invite to the Natural British Championships felt like a kick in the teeth today But sometimes you need to be knocked down to come back at your best We know the level of physique we’re playing with here It’s up there. It’s one of the best natural junior physiques in the UK. We just need to put all the pieces together properly to show the judges that. We’ve got 1 more show lined up before we wrap up the season So let’s dust off, dig in, and see what we can do 🔥 Then, it’ll be time to rest, grow, and set a plan for the next 12-18 months The lock-in continues LFG mate 👊🏼

The final avengers representing Team KYFF in 2026 🔥 Some crazy talent here Is it talent… Or is it just hard work for years and years, finally unveiled by more hard work over the past 4-5 months through dieting… It’s definitely hard work. Nonetheless - I’m super excited to get these guys on stage in just a few weeks time I still feel great honour to take these guys through their preps, coach them to their best, and having their full trust in me It really does fill me with pride. I love bodybuilding, and I love coaching. So to be able to work with guys of this standard is awesome as fuck And I KNOW that no matter the results, we can all walk away from this year with our cups full Crazy transformations achieved Crazy physiques achieved @kieranclarkson @jonbrowncoach @akantonyy You’ve all smashed it thus far.
