POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

✨I went to the @readerstakecornwall event today! It was so fun with many local authors and vendors. I spoke with quite a few, all who were super friendly and passionate. The books all sounded like a good time, and I may have added more to my never ending TBR🤭

I tagged the authors I spoke with - you should check out their work! Mostly romance and fantasy but some mystery sprinkled in there too. The vendor I bought the cup and "blind date with a book" from was amazing to! Great quality 🤍

Do you love book events!?

Human Scars on Planet Skin is officially one year old! In its first year, this book has managed to reach so many people. It’s an incredible experience getting to watch it take up space. I was able to get some readers to send me pictures of their copies, and now I have this gorgeous collection of photos featuring this special book.

Human Scars on Planet Skin is a collaborative effort between Effie Joe Stock and Nathaniel Luscombe. It follows mushrooms as they reclaim their sentient planet from human colonizers. The book has themes of environmental destruction, grief, healing, and the importance of community.

Thank you to everyone who sent pictures to make this post possible. Human Scars on Planet Skin has accomplished so much in its first year! I can’t wait to see where it goes next ✨🍄

Community is one of my favourite parts of being an author. There are so many incredible people who are part of the publishing world. I am constantly meeting new people who play important roles in my personal creative journey.

Tag your creative community below. Make sure they know how much they mean to you 🫶🏻
