Your life should improve as a result of coming into union with another. "Two are better than one".

So, your purpose should drive every decision in your life, not your feelings. Because if two are worse than one, then it's better to stay single.

A man or woman who is not purpose-driven is not ready to be married.

One leadership lesson I’ve had to learn the hard way is finding the balance between living in my current reality and pursuing my vision.

As a person of faith, I am naturally future-oriented. I try to think ahead, see what is possible and position myself for the future. However, I sometimes find myself tempted to detach from my current reality because of where I believe I am going.

As leaders, one way we scale our efforts and organisations is by intentionally raising other leaders—creating opportunities for them to grow, take responsibility and lead—so that we can focus on more strategic work.

My frustration was that, because of my dream, I tended to overestimate people. I saw the leader they could become, even when they had not yet fully seen that potential in themselves. As a result, I held them accountable for a capacity they had not yet developed. I was living more in the idea than in the reality.

Growth and success come from having clear goals rooted in a compelling vision and knowing exactly what needs to be done to achieve them. But we must also be honest about where we are, the capacity of our teams and the resources available to us.

We can only take our next steps from where we are—not from where we imagine we are.

Now, I’m learning to “bi-locate”: to remain grounded in my current reality while staying connected to my vision, and to gradually close the gap with clarity and intention.

Faith sees the future, but never denies the facts.

Leaders must continue to see the future, but never deny their current reality.

If Nigeria is to experience real change, we must deliberately cultivate leaders, entrepreneurs and producers.

This is not primarily a political issue but a leadership one. Many of our problems persist because too few people are willing and capacitated to take responsibility, solve problems, build institutions and create value for others.

Leadership is not limited to political office. It is the willingness to confront problems, serve others, create where others complain and build where others merely consume. We must nurture this spirit in our homes, schools, workplaces, religious institutions and communities.

Nigeria’s population is growing faster than the economy’s capacity to generate sufficient income and opportunities. To close that gap, we need more than consumers of limited resources; we need entrepreneurs, producers, innovators and problem-solvers who can expand economic activity and create opportunities for others.

Our schools must do more than prepare young people to pass examinations or compete for scarce jobs. They must develop initiative, discipline, creativity, courage and the capacity to lead. Religious institutions must raise people who do not only pray for change but are prepared to become instruments of it.

Government must create an environment where entrepreneurs can start, survive, employ people and scale. But no government can build a great nation alone. Transformation occurs when citizens develop the character and capacity to take responsibility for their communities and future.

A young and growing population can become a tremendous economic advantage when guided by vision, discipline, enterprise and responsible leadership. Nigeria’s future depends not only on how many people we have, but on the quality of leaders, producers, creators and problem-solvers we cultivate.

Leaders must arise.

Looking good together in photos is not compatibility. Even AI can make two people look compatible.

Man is a spirit, possesses a soul, and lives in a body. Yet the greatest tragedy in modern dating is joining bodies before verifying the alignment of spirits and minds:

• Compatibility is not defined by genotype and aesthetic photos alone
• When love is operated outside God’s divine blueprint, it turns into chronic stress
• Who you marry can be the ceiling of your potential, or the catalyst that unlocks your destiny
• Marriage is not merely an emotional feeling; it is a spiritual, destiny, and economic covenant

When you align spirit-to-spirit first, love doesn't become "wicked", instead it flourishes according to God's design.

Save this for your relationship journey, and share it with someone preparing for marriage. 🔖

The love of God, Agape, is the greatest and purest form of love. All natural/human love must submit to the unconditional divine love of God.

Your relationship with God is the most important relationship in your life. Even far and above your siblings or your spouse.

Natural love is safest, when it submits to the divine love "Agape"

There is nothing wrong with wanting to build, buy, or achieve. But what is fueling the desire?

_"If you have bitter envy and self-seeking in your hearts... this wisdom does not descend from above, but is earthly, sensual, demonic." - James 3:14–16_

If your goals are driven by competition, that wisdom isn't from above.

God will never grant divine wisdom to validate your pride or fulfill your jealousy. When success is pursued through envy, the outcome is always confusion.

Before asking God for the strategy to build, ask Him to purify your motives.

DROP IT!. Develop purity of purpose or your goals. Every project that God does on the face of the earth is driven by His love. You will know what God knows about you, when your heart is pure.

Power clears the obstacle, but only wisdom builds the structure. If all we have is power without wisdom, nothing built will last.

Power breaks barriers, but wisdom establishes institutions.
Power wins battles, but wisdom manages the harvest.
Prayer births vision, but wisdom builds the career, wealth, and nation

We cannot pray and fast to possess what wise people spent years mastering how to build.
