Stop thinking you have to choose just one workout style.

For so long, we’ve been told to pick a lane. Lift heavy or do cardio. Do pilates or run.
That is outdated fitness advice.
In reality, your routine needs variety to build a truly resilient body.

Strength training, Pilates, Lagree, mobility and running are my ultimate pillars. Together, they create a balanced ecosystem for long-term health and longevity and this works for me.

Here is why they all co-exist so well in women workout routines:
✨Strength Training: Builds dense bone mass, protects your joints, and gives you raw power.
✨Lagree Method: Supercharges low-impact principles into continuous, muscle-shaking endurance.
✨Running: Boosts your cardiovascular engine and builds incredible mental grit.
✨Pilates: Builds core stability, precision, and deep postural alignment.

You don’t have to burn yourself out doing the exact same thing every single day.
Mix your heavy lifting days with low-impact core control and steady-state cardio. Your body will thank you years from now.

What is your go-to workout combination right now?
Let me know below! 👇✨

PULLING vs. PUSHING 💪

One of the most challenging concepts to master in the Lagree Method… but also one of the most important!

Understanding the difference between pulling and pushing exercises can completely change the way you teach and execute an exercise.

Watch Advanced Lagree Instructor @katiekunst of @lagreeplus and @reformd break it down in a way that actually makes sense! 🙌

Thank you Katie for sharing your knowledge with the community!

spoiler: there was no dessert. but there was a glow 🍓

move + glow with @pura.community started with a class at @lagreeplus that had my legs shaking and my brain guessing desserts like a game show contestant.

then we walked it off down yonge to summerhill, where the advanced aesthetician at @formulafig took us through a cleansing and depuffing routine with their new skincare line. let me tell you, the products smelled and felt divine.

we sipped on the most delicious raspberry iced tea from @sipallour , and the whole thing felt like a slumber party. lots of laughs, lots of lovely conversations.

thank you @meganvdbaars and @blair.myers.cheung for bringing us together.

send this to the friend you’d want at your post-workout slumber party 👯‍♀️

thanks for glowing with me 🤍

2027 lock-in starts now ✨

Once holiday season starts, life gets so busy! I feel like every year I end up rushing to set my intentions and goals for the new year, so last year I tried something different.

I made a plan for the new year in October, and when January came around, I simply revisited it and made a few adjustments.

It helped me feel way more prepared and intentional going into the new year and gave me time to start building the habits and mindset I wanted.

Doing it again this year 🤍 highly recommend!

Have you tried LAGREE yet? 👀🔥 @lagreeplus

Think Pilates… but make it WAY more intense. Your muscles will be shaking, your core will be working, and you’ll definitely feel it the next day 😮‍💨🤏🏻

If you’re looking for a new workout to try in Toronto, add this one to your list! ✨
