One day later… We’re back on the road to The University of Tulsa!

After wrapping up at Texas Tech, the PhysioWRX team headed to Tulsa to assess @tulsa_softball @tulsawgolf

Another opportunity to bring our performance testing to the athletes, teams, and coaches. Collecting data, identifying areas to guide training and performance.

This video shows our collection with the Softball team.

More to come 👀

On the Road Again📍 Texas Tech

Yesterday, our team traveled to Lubbock, TX to assess Texas Tech Baseball! @ttu_baseball

Using our DARI 3D Movement Screen, we took all 40 athletes through the efficient full-body scan, collecting data to help inform decisions, identify movement patterns, and areas to improve for each athlete.

Thank you @ttu_baseball for having us out! We’re looking forward to being back in November for the post Fall Scan.

On the Road 📈 🚘 ⚾️

Yesterday we took our performance assessment to McLennan Community College Baseball. Testing included DARI movement screen and speed gate analysis.

Using the data collected, we can make informed programming decisions by identifying: team trends, potential injury risk factors, and key areas to address for the athlete.

At PhysioWRX, we make performance testing accessible beyond our facility, with the ability to bring our technologies and team directly to you.

We’ll be back on the road next week…stay tuned for our next stop 👀🚗 📈

We’re officially at the halfway point in the professional season and we wanted to highlight our athletes that have received call-ups👏

We’ve had 2 MLB call-ups and multiple athletes knocking on the door step to the Big Leagues🔥

We couldn’t be more happy and proud of these guys and all the work they put into this game! Congrats fellas! Many more call-ups to come for all of our guys‼️

Christian Ruebeck, @christiannoal has been on a tear since the middle of May. In his last 8 relief appearances, Christian has a 2.57 ERA, 2.31 FIP, w/ a 26.7% K-BB%. 🔥🔥

One massive difference is that Christian has completely flipped his pitch usage. The first month of the season, Christian used his Fastball 46% of the time and his cutter/sweeper combo contributed to 54% of the other pitches.

Since May 18th, Christian’s sweeper usage is 40% and his cutter usage is 34%. His breaking pitches grade out incredibly well. His sweeper & cutter movement profiles ⬇️

- 85mph @ -17HB
- 92mph @ 5IVB & -1HB

Christian also possesses a high octane fastball that is averaging 96mph on the year and reaching as high as 99. The breaking ball usage being up has allowed him to weaponize his fastball better and ultimately higher in zone rates with all pitches!

We’re so proud of Christian and all of his hard work! He’s a gym rat that puts a lot of focus and effort into his craft and he’s beginning to be rewarded for it!
