⭐️HAPPY WORLD THEATRE DAY! ⭐️

We’re celebrating by closing out an incredible week of learning, connection, and creative energy at the Arts Barns with our LAUNCHPAD workshops.

LAUNCHPAD gives Artists the tools to bring their work to life! From playwriting to teambuilding, budgeting to designing, promoting to touring...we’ve explored the creative process from first inkling to opening night. Thank you to every Artist, Instructor, and Participant who made LAUNCHPAD amazing. We can’t wait to see what you create next!

Today and everyday, we celebrate the work, skill, care, creativity and bravery that makes theatre possible.

Here’s to all the Fringe Theatre Artists, shows, and festivals – here in Edmonton, across Canada, and around the world!

Fringe Theatre is theatre for everyone, by everyone. A home for dreamers, agitators, rebels, and mould-breakers.

When the arts thrive, community thrives.

When community thrives, creativity flourishes.

📣 We are just under a week away from MOONSHINE at @wafflebirdyeg!! Have you got your tickets yet?

🍽 Wafflebird is partnering with Chef Adam Stoyko and Georgian delicacies from @twistandtasteyeg to bring you a traditional Ukrainian and Georgian menu right to your table!

🇺🇦 Inspired by her travels back to Ukraine, a young woman explores the impact of digging up your roots over shots of hooch. It’s a Ukrainian kitchen-party with a live-band, if a Ukrainian kitchen party was held in a fried chicken restaurant. Pull up a chair, grab a tasty bite, and raise your glass in a celebration of life.

🎟 Tickets on sale at https://www.wafflebird.ca/events or through the link in bio!
