Some people wear a lot of hats. Jackson just wears the same one for 18 hours.

Meet Jackson Palmer. Chef, General Manager, and the guy you'll find pretty much everywhere at Tasty Delicious. In the kitchen, out front, behind the scenes, and occasionally sitting down. Occasionally.

He's put a whole lot of himself into this little place, and we're pretty lucky to have him.

Show him some love next time you're in. Better yet, order a Palmer. It's his family's chicken Caesar recipe, with a little Tasty Delicious treatment.

A few days into being open 11–9, seven days a week, and mostly we just wanted to say: thank you.

For coming in. For bringing your kids. For telling your friends. For coming back. For keeping us busy. And for continuing to root for this little restaurant we made for this town.
It’s been a very good few days around here.

Good news for people who like to eat every day.

San Anselmo, you’ve been peeking in the windows since there was barely anything in here to peek at, and honestly, we loved every moment of it.

Curious neighbors. Hungry kids. Friends stopping by. People wanting to know what we were making, and when they could come in.
We built Tasty Delicious for this town, and you’ve been rooting us on the whole way.

So today feels like a really big day: we’re officially open 11am–9pm, seven days a week.
Lunch, after school, dinner, soft serve just because. Your trusty, regular community rec with sidewinder perks.

So come in. Pick a day. We’ll be here. Together, with you.

Some menus get read. Ours take flight. ✈️

We made a menu that turns into a paper airplane. And now, one of our favorite sights is watching kids send them sailing through Tasty Delicious.

A little idea, made by hand. A whole lot of joy in return.

Well, that was something.

We opened the doors for a little while during Live on the Avenue and started handing out Sidewinders and soft serve. Then a line formed. A rather long one.

Kids came. Parents came. People stood around and talked. Somebody told us how much they missed Hilda’s and Bubba’s. Somebody else wanted to know when we were actually opening. Fair question.
 And for a little while, this place we’ve been talking about and tinkering with and trying very hard to get open started to feel like an actual place. With people in it.

Which, as it turns out, was the whole idea.

San Anselmo, we’re getting close. Really close.

Are we open yet? Asking for a town. 🫶🏼

On the shores of Agate Beach, I married my best friend and it’s been the absolute highlight of my year! We’d only been dreaming of this day since high school and I couldn’t have asked for anything more perfect. Thank you to everyone who helped make our day so special!
